Calling all Furr babies! 🐶❤️. Time to run & roam freely on 2.9 fully fenced acres in Wadsworth Township. We have a fully fenced front yard & back yard with gates to separate both! There is also a non fenced portion of our land with a bit taller brush & trees far beyond our fence line that is a beautiful back drop as well. We sometimes mow paths thru this section for “trail walks” or “wagon rides”. There is plenty of room to run and roam so we hope you enjoy!! The view is beautiful & backs up to acres & acres of scenic land. 🌳🏡 The sunsets 🌅 from our back yard are second to none!! 🫶We have tennis balls and water bowls for your private adventure! :)🐶🎾🏡❤️☀️ Of your Pup likes to swim - be sure to add on access to our in ground pool! 💦 (open seasonally, weather permitting). 💦

I am a pet boarder through Rover and all of the dogs love our yard. They often run laps around the retaining walls in the middle. The yard has a mixture of wood and metal fencing. You are welcome to park in our driveway if you pull up to the second garage door. There will be a hose outside during the warm months. I will make sure to scoop poop before your visit. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. You can use our poop shovel and bucket if you'd like.

Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.

Welcome to your pup’s new favorite spot! This fully fenced-in yard is perfect for small and large pups alike. You’re welcome to off-leash your dog in the Sniffspot, of course! We also have poop bags, water bowls and clean water, and plenty of toys we rotate out on a regular basis. We also offer Sniffpass monthly memberships, which allow you to visit our spot at a discount. Please feel free to message if you have any questions, or if you or your pup require any additional accommodations.

There are 2 firepits and a Fridge for beverages or a clean cooler for ice. Alcohol is permitted...but be responsible. Smaller firepit is the more practical one and in full view of the backyard. Bring own wood and Firestarters. Fires must be in control and not raging. Hose will be provided. Anyone who wants to use the firepit must inform at booking in the notes. Parking is the right side of the garage or on the grass to the right side of the garage. House is vacant and being remodeled. I live next door.

Our Australian Shepard mix dog, Leo, loves our backyard. There's plenty of space to run around, trees to maneuver through, and lovely spots to dig for all-sized dogs! After use I will personally clean up any dog mess, big or small. There is a water hose that is free to use along with two red lawn chairs, a water bowl for dogs, a trash can near the gate, and a fire pit for the chilly months!

Our neighborhood is calm and friendly, lots of families and people walking their dogs. Our nextdoor neighbor has a friendly Yorkie, who likes people and dogs. She may be on a lead outside on the back deck or out front. We have a hose for hot days, and sometimes we'll have our doggy pool, hammock, and/or badminton net out - all of which you're welcome to use! We have a bin with dog supplies such as waste bags, water dish & water, and a towel. You can find it by the picnic table with the umbrella. NO pesticides/chemicals used on our property! We love dogs of ALL breeds, and we love rescue dogs! 🐾

Parking off-road through grasses in field just before the bridge. Please do not allow yourself or dogs to go up past the pallet garden. Pine trees and tall grass alongside are property boundaries. We own part of the property across the creek up to the birch tree cluster. Please pick up after your dogs. Trash can is not provided due to wildlife. Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

Hey! This is a huge fenced in yard. The driveway part is open (for now.) to allow any wildlife to escape before my dog or yours uses the yard. I have a lot of rabbits and chipmunks hopping around that dogs can’t catch. Logs for them to hop over and much more. It’s a fun space I have badminton/ volleyball net up as well as a trampoline that humans are free to explore. Any questions feel free to message me.
