Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) almost 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade- it is in almost full shade after 5pm in the summer months. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones. We also provide fresh spring water & treats! Feel free to pick blueberries on our four large bushes in August/September.

Lots of stuff to sniff. Springs that the dogs can drink from. Extra trailmarkers added to help you navigate. Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. No poop bags provided or needed, just please make sure it's not where people walk. Half hour visits are available. Cabin/clearing area will be soft and back trails are muddy after the rain. Me and my dog love it here and I hope you do too! It’s a great spot near the top of the hillside can see most of Williamsport and south Williamsport from here it’s a beautiful property❤️ there is a good sized fenced in area in my open back yard it’s a very nice black fence that was just installed a year ago ! Come let your dog or dogs have fun here while u hang on the deck in the sun or under the roof that extends over the big deck! Zero gravity chairs to be comfortable in please enjoy! Lots of parking

The Zoomie Zone was born out of our extensive dog rescue volunteer work and the benefits that a Sniffspot brings to those who have dogs, but don't have a yard for them to run in. Not all dogs are dog-park dogs (and not all humans properly supervise their dogs at dog parks - making it an unsafe place at times)! Our sniff spot is a fully fenced in area that is a great place to be with your dog !!!! There is some ferny rock climbing for the adventurous and some areas where your dog will enjoy running around ! Some toys are available just please be respectful and put everything back where you found it ! Hope This brings some peace of mind for your dog to run about and play in a safe fenced in environment!

Dogs must be currently licensed and vaccinated; Dogs are not permitted on any athletic field, court or sports area; Dogs must be leashed at all times and the leash must be no longer than six feet; Waste must be collected immediately and then properly disposed; Dog owners are responsible for all injuries and damage caused by their pet. Your cooperation with these simple rules will be appreciated by all other visitors plus it will help insure that dogs continue to be welcome in the Township parks.

Come enjoy just under a half acre of fully fenced in yard. In addition, you also have the option of a leashed walk, out the back gate, through the remaining, wooded acre. Please see the list of amenities we offer you and your doggo. Please note when arriving to our home- we live on a panhandle lot. GPS will have you turn down Thunder Rd. Go a stone's throw further and turn at the American Flag. A red and white house sits in front of our home. Please use the rv spot pictured for parking.

Working agritoursim farm with pond , mowed walking pathways ( 1.7 miles), fenced in pastures with goats, sheep, chickens, cows, pigs and ducks. We have a farm store with local farm fresh goods and provisions. Food truck on site. And a local brewery tap room on site.
