It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog(s) will be the only one(s) so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

A private, fully fenced area in southern Lancaster County. There are trees for shade and plenty of room for running and playing! I have two of my own dogs that use the space, but I will ensure my dogs cannot enter the yard during visits. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and respecting the space.

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! My mother had a doggie daycare business on this property for almost 15 years. We have watched puppies grow to old dogs and have watched next generations come here. She has retired her business and now we have the land just for my 4 year old son. Which he loves 😂 but we have room to share.
