Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! Welcome to my home in Bristol, CT! My backyard is about .5 acres and fully fenced. There are 2 entry ways, however the right side entrance is usually easier to get into. I have 2 corgis of my own, but they will stay inside while your dog is at play. I also have children, so I have a playground and lots of kids toys outside if your child would like to join in and play! My backyard includes: a shaded picnic table and benches, a hose, dog bowls, hand sanitizer, a poop scooper, and lots of room for your dog to run around! & more! Some DISCLAIMERS: after a rainstorm, our yard gets very wet! Plan accordingly. My neighbors on either side have dogs. My neighbors on the right side have 2 big German Shepherds. Please try your best to pick up after your dog, turn off the hose if you use it, and make sure the gate is properly closed. Thank you and enjoy!

Please come over and enjoy time with your special pets in my fully fenced, spacious, well kept, quiet and safe backyard. When you book it is just you and your pups, no distractions! Relax on the deck while pup sniffs until hearts content. Don’t forget to bring along some treats to try out the tip-a-treat game!! Hose is back on for the season for some water fun in the kiddie pool or the sprinkler! Also a great place to hold a party for your pup or a puppie play date! Feel free to drop any dog baggies in trash bin at side of the house, I have extras available if needed in the bin on the deck as well as towels, wipes and bubbles! I have temporarily put away the toys and water dish due to the respiratory virus spreading among dogs and hope to bring everything back out by the summer! A little over a half acre of unfenced in yard. Our property includes roaring brook that runs through the back - my dogs love swimming there! We also have a public trail that runs through our yard and our neighbors on the street (not really maintained but walkable for sure- we call it bear highway since that’s all we see using it.) We also have a playground available for dogs & kids alike. We also added a covered gazebo for additional seating or shade. We do have a kiddie pool we can fill and leave out as well. We also have a smaller fenced in area in our middle lot where our dogs do not play and do not have access to. There are chairs there to sit if you need and a fire pit! Our property is set back from the road quite a bit. You come down the long driveway and you would park in front of our skeleton where the driveway turns from rock to pavement. You are welcome to pull down as far as you want to the water by the tree line. We have doggie poop bags by the garage and you can throw any trash in the green bin by the road (it’s bear proof so anything is fine!). We hope to host you soon :) Ps: our ‘lovely’ neighbor recently put up a white fence in the lower lot- please do not cross that. You are welcome to walk the path the other way though! ;)
