Hello, and welcome to Iron Mine Dog Run. Our corner lot is in the quiet country setting of Londonderry Township/Middletown and offers little to no distractions for your pup. There is a picnic table, large front porch, porch swing, and patio table and chairs for resting. Our fenced in area is VERY bright when it gets dark. We have 4 floodlights on the side of the house, string lights & valance on the front porch, and a LED valance on the back porch. We also have LED motion sensing lights on the fence posts throughout the yard. There is a spigot with a hose and sprinkler for those hot days, or to fill your pups water dish! There are many shaded spots to get away from the sun around the yard as well. We love where we live because of the scenery, quietness, and low traffic volumes. Our pups thrive in this environment and we know yours will too, we’re so happy to be able to share it with you! Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Take Two Acres is a private, fenced two acre property that borders a working horse farm. It is a tranquil, open setting, surrounded by trees with lots of sun and shade for your fur baby's enjoyment. Many amenities are offered for you and your pups enjoyment of our space including toys, water hose and bowls, poo bags, and a large fire pit. We have two dogs of our own and do our best to pick up after them. Please understand it is a large property and they go out alone at night. We also have alot of deer traffic and other furry critters that we share our "piece of earth" with. Again, we do our best, but there are no guarantees you will not come across them (critters) or a land mine or two visiting out piece of earth.
