There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). A pond filtration system is being added in late February. We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available! Alana's 5 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Dover

Beautiful gated, large plot of land to let a dog roam and explore. We have a lovely winding trail around the outer edges of the property. There is a wetland area in one corner and a couple ponds with heavy brush surrounding them. There is a renter in one of the homes but they are dog friendly and aware of the visits. We have a couple covered structures to take a break from the sun and lots of oaks to stand under for shade. In fact most of the property has shaded spots throughout the walk which makes it very comfortable. The outer edges are surrounded by farm land and vacant property so it’s a peaceful experience. The front gate can be secured shut to offer a boundary and the perimeter of the property has a cattle fence all around. Any escape artists or dogs without solid recall could sneak through parts of the fence so off leash is only recommended to dogs that are more obedient. You can park inside the gate and shut it behind you for comfort. I bring my Doberman out often to let her run and roam this space and it insured me to offer the space for other dogs that need a good run in the world!
