We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. New timeslots open up daily. Our Sniffspot is our backyard (attached to the house), which is about 1.5 acres of mostly open lawn... great for playing fetch or running at top speed! It is securely fenced with 5' fencing. There is seating, gazebo, dog toys, and agility equipment and a dog pool in the summer. In the winter there are plowed paths. A separate, 8 acre fenced field with walking paths is also available. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs welcome. VACCINES: All visiting dogs MUST be up to date on core vaccines (DHPP) or titer tested. We reserve the right to ask for a vaccine certificate. FOSTER DOGS: Foster dogs in rescue visit for free! Your dogs can walk or swim and cool off. Some tend to dry out in the summer months. There is beautiful changing foliage, wild flowers, small trees to enjoy and tons of birds that make this spot their home. It is unfenced, but with so many many winding paths to enjoy. You can remain more inland. Come and discover this spot for yourself.

Fenced on one side, creek in the back and neighbour's along the other side - not fenced. Absolutely not allowed on neighbour's properties. Dogs may be off leash if they listen well. Some trees, and a brush pile to stuff around.

Property also features hayfeilds, trails, some unmaintained ponds and lots of wildlife. Farm has horses, ducks, chickens and barn cats.

We have a pretty decent sized backyard. It is nothing too big but it is the perfect backyard that your furry friends can come play and run around in. We don't spend a lot of time outside but I would like to give someone a space to play in 😊 feel free to message me with any questions.

I recommend you bring some insect repellent. All dogs are required to have proof of up to date vaccination appropriate for the dogs age. Only dogs allowed in the pond , no humans please. Price is $15 per hr for 1st dog , $10 each additional dog .
