There is plenty of shade and a outdoor water pump & dog bowls for fresh water. There is a furnished shaded deck, lounge chairs, and a covered front porch with seating for inclement weather. ***please be advised that there is No outside lights on the property for night time, please schedule accordingly. Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo. Please refrain from using the kids play equipment! Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel driveway. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special. A simple but beautiful space to let your dogs run around! The perfect area for training, fetch, and just letting them get their energy out. Just park on the street, walk on the left side of the house, and let yourself into the yard!

Enjoy the scenery while your dog(s) frolics in this idyllic, beautifully landscaped backyard. There is curbside parking with a private side gate entrance. The yard gets lots of shade in the afternoon, and there is also a shade canopy where you can sit and relax. We work from home and are onsite most of the time if you need anything.

Roughly 7 acres of open field with great views for your dogs to roam and play. The outskirts of the field are marked with livestock fence and flags to better see the boundaries. Fresh Water for your dogs is also provided along with toys for them to enjoy and a sitting area for the owners to relax and enjoy the views and watch their pups play.

My wife and I are so excited to share our backyard with other pups and yourself! We welcome all walks of life! When you come to our yard, if you would please enter the yard through the carport and through that gate. Know that our yard is treated for ticks and fleas that is pup safe. We have you set up under the porch with everything you need to have a great day with your pooch! Towels are provided if Fido takes a dip in the pool. We’ve also purchased new toys that will be sanitized before each new pup comes to play!

We have shelter within our carport. There will be chairs and a table available. That is a good view for the front yard and back yard. Both the front and back are fenced in separately but have access to both through a gate. We have a deck for a great view of the backyard and there will be table and chairs available. You’ll have access to high speed Wi-Fi to do a little work, if needed, while your fur babies run that energy out. We have dog toys and pooper scooper/poop bags. There is a hose available for those extra hot days and a water bowl will be provided. Hope you enjoy our yard as much as we do.

Great location being off both Interstates I-81/I-64. Lush grass large open areas in front and back.

We live on Brooklyn Dr in Roay VA. The area is beautiful and not in a high traffic area. We have the pleasure of all types of wildlife and we have a creek off the property. It is safe and your dogs will enjoy the experience

My backyard is fully fenced. You’re welcome to have the yard to yourself or to have your dog meet my dog. she usually loves to play with the other dogs at the dog park. I’m just getting started so, I welcome any input that you have.

Rustic Esthetic with On Street Parking. Large Fully Fenced Acre Yard with a digging area, a small bridge, a small pond, a sandbox, & lots of space to run, play, & explore We have a fire pit available evening use.

It's unfenced, it's wooded, it's.. got a lot of gnats and mosquitos, but we're working on that. It's a 5.6 acre plot in total, but the back yard is VERY rocky. My wife and I like to keep the grass from getting much higher than 6".

We do have horses, a pet pig, a donkey, cats and personal dogs. We can lock our pets other than the cats up, but dogs need to be friendly!
