Welcome to Gunther’s Run in Staunton, Virginia! A fully fenced one acre property for you to hangout while your dog or dogs run, play and get tuckered out. There is plenty of shade and a outdoor water pump & dog bowls for fresh water. There is a furnished shaded deck, lounge chairs, and a covered front porch with seating for inclement weather. ***please be advised that there is No outside lights on the property for night time, please schedule accordingly. I will be working on outdoor lighting for the property in the near future.

Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo. Please refrain from using the kids play equipment! Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel driveway. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special. Enjoy the scenery while your dog(s) frolics in this idyllic, beautifully landscaped backyard. There is curbside parking with a private side gate entrance. The yard gets lots of shade in the afternoon, and there is also a shade canopy where you can sit and relax. We work from home and are onsite most of the time if you need anything.

My wife and I are so excited to share our backyard with other pups and yourself! We welcome all walks of life! When you come to our yard, if you would please enter the yard through the carport and through that gate. Know that our yard is treated for ticks and fleas that is pup safe. We have you set up under the porch with everything you need to have a great day with your pooch! Towels are provided if Fido takes a dip in the pool. We’ve also purchased new toys that will be sanitized before each new pup comes to play!

We have shelter within our carport. There will be chairs and a table available. That is a good view for the front yard and back yard. Both the front and back are fenced in separately but have access to both through a gate. We have a deck for a great view of the backyard and there will be table and chairs available. You’ll have access to high speed Wi-Fi to do a little work, if needed, while your fur babies run that energy out. We have dog toys and pooper scooper/poop bags. There is a hose available for those extra hot days and a water bowl will be provided. Hope you enjoy our yard as much as we do.

My backyard is fully fenced. You’re welcome to have the yard to yourself or to have your dog meet my dog. she usually loves to play with the other dogs at the dog park. I’m just getting started so, I welcome any input that you have.
