With a fully fenced area for your fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed as soon as you reserve your Sniffspot time and before walking onto our property. ❤️ It's a little piece of heaven that we enjoy daily and decided to open it up to our community. We also have our very own yard guardian, that we named BLUE (featured in our main property photo). He protects the rest of the small birds such as the finches and blue jay's from the crows and hawks. Property location is less a few minutes from the 10 freeway, which makes it the perfect location to let your dog get in some exercise, and have a potty break along your route without the worry of dirty pet areas at rest stops, or hazardous conditions at gas station parking lots. Your dog will be ready to nap and rest quietly after running and playing at this country sniff spot-which will enable you to continue traveling on to your destination. Have your dog’s birthday party on our lush green grass. Plenty of room for dogs to play and their humans to take pics and enjoy seeing the joy on their faces. The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. Entrance to the acre is the dirt/mulch field road just north of the residence driveway.  A quick call to me ~ 909-234-2072 ~ when you arrive for 1st time visits will help guide you into the Sniffspot - which is all the way back to the Sniffspot Sign 🪧 at the back of the entrance acre.  The entrance gate is to the right of the Sniffspot Sign. Close the gate tightly behind you when you enter. And be sure to close the gate tightly behind you upon your departure. I also request that you give me a quick text upon your departure. Our Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky also love running in this acre, and they love to dig, as do many of our Sniffspot pups! We try to fill in holes every few days, BUT PLEASE be extremely cautious of any holes. If we hadn't had time to fill them in, we usually would put a tall stick straight up right in the middle of the hole to help you determine where they may be. But because we are a farm, and this is one of our extra acre fields, there may be slight dips here and there. So agreeing to this reservation is a full and complete release of liability, so please don't fall! So far, so good, fingers crossed, nobody has yet.😊🌻 There may be foxtails at edges of some fencing. My Red Barn Chicken Coop🐤is inside the dog run acre and will be securely locked during your visit. If possible, discourage your pups from pouncing on the enclosed chicken run fences/doors. Totally understand if they do/try! Pups get a pass the first few times until their humans can train them not to do it. Our Husky and Malamute still need a good reminder every time they are enjoying the dog run acre : ) but once they get used to the fact that chickens are there, interest soon dwindles : ) We also have a few outdoor 🐈cats whom have adopted our farm to live at during the years (win/win as they help keep the field 🐁 mice in check, and they pretty much know to clear out of the field when pups are visiting!) There are three horses on a separate enclosed acre to the north of the dog run acre. The dark brown male is 🐎Shake, tan one is 🐴Classy, and the black and white one is 🐴Gypsy. And again, please thank you for discouraging the dogs from jumping on that fence. It has never been an issue in the past, so just a reminder :-) PLEASE NOTE: This Dog Run Acre is grassy/green with wildflowers 🌻 starting around December 1st - June 15th and dry/brown July 1st - November🏜. We enjoy our Sniffspot humans and pups year-round and have received wonderful reviews, whether it was the dry, hotter summer months, or the green, cooler winter months! We have an automatic water spicket 🚰 for the pups, tight left after entering the Dog Acre gate, then all the way back to the fence on the left, spicket sticking out through fence.  There will be several chairs 🪑set up in front of the chicken coop, with table, chairs, and table umbrella, and additionally a small table w/☂️umbrella provided under the pine trees. Bring drinks, snacks, toys, and enjoy! We suggest you book early mornings in the SUMMER months as there is shade under the pine trees 🌲up until around 11 a.m.  We are up before 7 a.m., so any time early is fine! 🌄 Please bring your own doggie poop bags!  Gather all poop and tie bags and place it in the waste bin at Sniffspot entrance.🗑 Please note that we do have security cameras placed in various positions around property, including at the sniff spot! We have caught many a coyote, mountain lion, dogs, and bobcats wandering around the chicken coop on these cameras and have been able to shew them away several times through the speakers! Enjoy! I have almost 4 acres. I have livestock and small animals such as chickens pigs and rabbits water turtles and large tortoises. All animals will be enclosed or fenced off. Your doggo will be able to interact with them through fencing. I have areas that will be closed off but will allow doggo in on leash. This is where I keep my rabbits and tortoises. My place has lots of different areas to explore from a rocky hillside to shade trees with an area to picnic. I have kiddie pools that will be available for the hot dog. Because of the different terrain please be aware the land is unlevel and varies from grass to sand and then rock. Parking will be inside the property. The gate is kept closed. I will open it for you. Your doggo will be full of energy when they get here but will leave here exhausted and happy. And we love the holidays around here so I will have an area decorated for the holiday. You can plan your pups birthday party here as well.

We welcome dogs into our back yard. We have mostly dirt and side yards are paved but we can have a muddy party if the dog loves mud and the water hose! We have a porch swing and Childs playground with little cars and a kiddie pool for children as well.

Come check out the coolest spot in Big Bear for your pup to hang out! My girl, Haven, a super-friendly Australian Shepherd is my co-host. She LOVES dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages. She's perfect to go on a 2 mile hike, or just hang out in our spacious, and super-fun backyard. You can be assured your pup will have an amazing adventure in our beautiful mountain home. My property has 2 large trees and 1 smaller tree. The turf is rock in the front yard and dirt and artificial turf in the back. Their is shade in the back for the dogs and seating. I have a dog kiddie pool for play, a dog igloo and a large space for play time.

Private home sits on top of the hill. 5 acres so your pup can be free to run and stretch their legs. Trail around the property with gated fence. Please do not disturb home owners unless necessary. Due by popular naming from our guests we have changed the name to Doggyland from Peacock because many have labeled our property “it’s like Disneyland for our dogs.”

It’s a big and fun spot in a great area of Moreno Valley. Now that I’m doing this, the one thing I need to work in is getting the grass more green. Other than that, you and your dog will love it.

Relaxing and quiet rustic country acre only one mile from town, mall, restaurants, etc. Dry creek bed, small pond, lots of shade and seating and table area choices. Beautiful views, birds, fountain, 3 goats, flowers, butterfly garden, sand volleyball court, olive trees, orchard, barn, small vineyard, rock and gravel areas, two huge flat lawns, soccer ball, patios, umbrellas, plenty of parking for groups, trail right out of our gate runs through neighborhood with giant meadow area!

Pool is not heated November to April. Come have some fun in our salt water pool. Hourly dog rate includes swimming with their 1-5 owners. Any additional guests over that, please select the large party amenity or I will cancel the reservation Long haired/heavy shedding dogs will need to message me prior to booking to ensure I have adequate time to clean the pool before the next guest.

Welcome to our fully fenced backyard. Enjoyed this little, nature -filled oasis with tall trees. Trees provided shade, backyard has no turf so feel free to let your doggos dig and sniff all they want.

**UPDATE 1/14/25** Yes!! Thank you for reaching out. I should have updated two weeks ago. My own lovies have an updated yard far from the SniffSpot area and I even have cameras on them 24/7 for your safety and security. Your visits will continue to be safe and secure, which is our top priority. They unintentionally met two visitors back in December, but I found their escape route and updated their fencing. Please continue to visit!! We love having you. **UPDATE 12/29/24** This SniffSpot will be open and available for bookings again beginning 1/1/25!! Thank you for your patience as we block off a few days to update the resident dogs enclosure. They have been unexpected greeters for a couple of guests and our top priority is safety. I will not reopen until I know it's secure. Thank you again!!! We very much value and enjoy your visits and have lots of fun upgrades to look forward to!! **UPDATE 11/24/24** We have added a wash/wipe down station for those muddy paws! Plus some doggie cushions for your pup to have a soft spot to relax :). We've also added some additional seating on the opposite end so you can enjoy the yard from a different angle! Please see the pics for details :) **UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns before/during/after your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the communication tool in the app. We very much value your visit and feedback!
