40 acres of wildflowers and natural grasses with a natural spring-fed creek, sandy beaches and rolling hills. Fenced along the highway, and on either side, but open everywhere else! I recommend a long leash or lead for escape artists, as the fence is meant for livestock and will not keep in a determined doggo! Come dip your toes in the crystal clear stream with stunning views of Pikes Peak. Ultra private, neighbors would need binoculars to see you! Quick and easy access off the highway, park in the grass next to the red chair and explore with your pup. Parking area is shown in last photo, please do not cross the bridge with your vehicle, but completely free to roam on foot and paw! Please watch for cacti and burrs! Thank you!

All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. If you are interested in training please reach out to us on our website haveanicedog.org We have three spaces available for renting! The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. You may also request any amenities we offer to be in that space before you arrive. Our Sniffspot is on approximately 2 acres and is completely fenced in. Access the pasture in the north gate. Drive into the pasture and then close the gate behind you. Then let those fur babies run. Next to the barn is a table & 2 chairs. Water is available under the deck, please bring your own bowl. Please use the trash can to clean up after your pups. Please book your reservation during daylight hours. Obviously this will change based on time of year. Our house color is barnyard red and the gates are past the house. You are welcome to use the entire backyard & pasture. We have a kids playground, horse shoes, & various seating. We want you to enjoy the great outdoors just like we have! 🦮🐶👏

Over 5.5 acres of beautiful roaming ground for all-size dogs! In the summer enjoy a huge silver maple tree to swing under and a soft yard of grass to let you dog roll around on! Winter days are chilly but here at Sharing Grass Dog Feild I have 2 provided heaters with covered front yard and back yard seating. A 250-foot dog run is available for flexible running and trying out the property. The property is fenced with an invisible fence and marked with flags. A heated fresh water bowl will be available for all cold weather days. Located off dirt roads and next to wonderful neighbors. A small hill for extra stretching is located on the back side of the property.

My fenced in yard has dog friendly turf that stays cool in the summer and keeps your pups paws clean. I also have a fire pit and heat lantern for use as well.

Great View of Pikes Peak and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Very quiet area with no shared fenceline to neighbors. Composting 💩 station on site.

My backyard is mainly dirt and weeds, totally cool for the pups to dig if they want as long as you fill it back in before leaving ! I have two small kiddy pools that can be filled up if wanted along with a sprinkler. There is a dog bowl for water, hammocks to hangout in while you hangout with your pup and plenty of chairs ! It's not the prettiest place to hangout, but it can be a good time ! My front yard is also fully fenced in, if you'd like that for training or just to hangout in, just let me know. I do have 2 dogs inside that may bark, but they will stay inside. I hope to see you and your pup here soon !

Beautiful Hobby farm on 10 valley acres covered in Aspen and pines. Breathtaking views of pikes peak. We do have both wild and farm animals that enjoy the property but a vast majority of the property is private for your pup. Bring your toys for fun with your pup and relaxation!

This yard is right off of the street. For easy parking and easy access. It is fully fenced in even for the smallest dog. It has a rock area for digging as well as a large grassy area for playing and rolling around in the grass. A hose can be provided for washing your dog. Also seating area with fire pit and a picnic table. Views of the mountain range in the Air Force Academy can be seen from the yard. My neighbors do have other dogs, but the there is fences and their yards to keep their dogs from coming to the fence in my yard. Super safe scenic, and relaxing. * due to the canine respiratory virus going around, the water bowl will not be out as a precaution for everyone’s dogs* Located near the 25 & 470, this spot in Lone Tree is a spacious & fully fenced in private dog park! The backyard is .25 acres & has both grass along with an area with wood chips. There are some dog friendly wildflowers for a literal sniff spot for the dogs. Kiddie pool will be unavailable starting September 2nd. When you arrive, you can enter through the side gate to the left of the house behind the tree. Please make sure your dog is up to date on their vaccines (rabies, parvo, distemper, etc) to maintain a healthy & safe environment for all the dogs (including my own two + our foster dog). There are treats and poop bags on the chair. Please dispose of poop in the trash (Home Depot bucket) under the stair area. Thanks!

My backyard is a very quiet place. All of my friends dogs love to come over a sniff around. Lots of shady spots and cool corners to have a good sniff!!

We have plenty of room to roam around and your dogs will be carefully supervised at all times!! There’s smaller wire fencing making a smaller fenced in area, there’s also an outer wire fencing that extends in the back. We have a total of 2 acres. Come play!!

We are working hard to clean up the backyard again after the tornado went through, but fences are back up, and just some random tree branches left to pick up. The wood chips around the play ground did blow away to Kansas I’m guessing. The yard has concrete edging to protect your pups paws from the sharp metal edging that is out there. Plenty of shade on the deck or under the tree, water bowl for the pups, and hoping to get the little pool set up soon too.
