Nestled in a Holler, this Small 5.5 Acre Working Farm which is Partially Fenced located North of Nashville. During non-peak traffic I can drive from the city center to the farm in 15-20 minutes. There are rougher wooded areas and a large flat pasture to explore. Until your pet is comfortable here, a leash may be necessary. Please do not bother the neighbors. Also cleaning up poop is not a problem and not necessary, this is a large piece of land and the earth does that job for us.

The property is our own property and is also a dog boarding facility. We require rabies, bordetella, distemper, and parvo vaccines to utilize the spot. The property is fully fenced and is secured as well. I will meet customers at the gate to let them in each time.
