We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.

A dog pool, plenty of chairs located sporadically in the shade and one in the middle with an umbrella for shade! We have even put a hammock out there if you want to relax while your dog gets his/her energy out! We have also provided toys, costumes for dress up, light treats and we have a water source for cleaning off the paws as well as towels to dry your pooch before getting back in the car! The private dog park is 100% fenced in and while you’re here our dogs will be in the house so they are not a distraction. We will have our yard aerated and over-seeded on October 14. We have been advised to limit traffic in the yard for 3 weeks after the work is finished. Additionally, a picnic table, chairs, bug spray, and hand sanitizer are provided for your use. • Further Exploration: At the bottom of the stairs, another single gate with more dog bags provides access to the field, creek, and wooded walk. Please leash your dogs beyond this point unless they have excellent recall. Wildlife such as deer, foxes, raccoons, rabbits, hawks, and even beavers may be encountered. • Paths: To the left, a path leads through the woods, up the hill, and around the garage. On the right-hand side of the field, a gravel path leads back up to the driveway. You are welcome to explore the property with your dog(s). Description: • Property Overview: The property spans five acres and includes half an acre of fully fenced lawn, wooded paths, and an open field bordered by Popes Head Creek. Dogs enjoy running and playing off-leash in the fenced lawn area, and there are designated spots like a fire hydrant in the pea gravel area and a sandbox for their use. I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!
