55We loved this SniffSpot! Lots of room and fun places for our dog to run, play, and sniff. We especially loved the little bridges across the small creek in the back- at first our dog was scared to walk across and by the time we left she had conquered the fear and was running across them. So fun for us to see!Emma M.

55Okay y’all, I hate to even say how amazing this spot is because I want it to myself whenever I want 🤣🤣🤣 but TRULY amazing. As dog owners that steer clear from dog parks, this was a dream come true!! Mostly enclosed. If you don’t have rock solid recall I would encourage remaining leashed at the creek! But with that, the creek running on the property line is one of the best parts!!!! Can’t say enough good things about this! Will 100% be back Hannah H.

55Chip’s place is AMAZING! Since moving to Nashville, every walk or dog park experience (with an aggressive pup) is a bit of a stressor. It’s the first time I didn’t have to be on guard and was able to let my pair of pups run and play freely. We had a blast! Tons fo them to sniff and explore. Plenty of room for ball fetching! We will be back and are so grateful that Chip is willing to share his open spaces! Thank you!!!Holly H.

55I just can’t stay away from Chip’s. It’s been such a game changer spending time here and has allowed for my pups recall to strengthen, to allow them more freedom and genuine time to decompress and simply dog for a bit. Grateful for this magical place. Jenna S.

55This was AWESOME. My first time using Sniffspot and I'm so glad I chose this spot!! So so much room for my energetic pup. And a reasonable price as well! I pretty much only wanna come here now to let my dog run free. Great neutral ground if you are having your dog meet a new dog for the first time. That's what my visit was for! The "gaps" are hardly noticeable (at least with my dog). And the bridges to cross the creeks are nice. 10/10!!Amethyst C.

55Our dogs had a blast! We played fetch and ran around for an hour on this beautiful piece of land. Needless to say, they passed out on the way home. The tree lines allow for privacy from the bordering walking trail. If you're worried about the lack of fencing, we found that the back corner was a great secure spot to be with our dogs - especially because recall is not our aussie's strong suit and he LOVES squirrels. That specific area gave us comfort in that regard.
I noticed some neighborhood kids who were about to go play in the area (the land extends behind the neighboring houses) but when they saw us and our dogs, one kid said "hey guys we can't go back there now, there are some people with dogs!" It's nice to know that the owners communicated with their neighbors about their land being a sniffspot. 12/10 would recommend!Kara D.

55First visit today. My husband and two daughters brought our GSP pup (who’s almost six months old). We all wanted to get outside, and this was just the escape we needed.
While my daughters got on the trampoline and tree swing, my husband and I kept eyes on them while playing fetch, chase, and exploring with our pup. The openness of the property is ideal. We did walk the property first with our pup on a long lead to get a feel for potential escape routes and gauge his flight risk. He has good recall so we let him run after he settled. There are definitely areas where a runner can escape, so use caution if your dog isn’t good with recall.
This was a great first experience with SniffSpot. And since this property is so close to our neighborhood, we will definitely be back. Rachel H.

55To say our pups were “happy” was an understatement - this was a dream come true, for them and for us watching them! Lola got to play with her best friend Ghost in a spot with endless sniffs, dirt to roll in, and a creek to explore. This spot has set the bar high for sniff spots going forward. Thank you to the hosts for opening up there beautiful land to us from the city! Nicolette G.

55As soon as our dog saw all the area in front of her that she had to explore she started doing zoomies! We made a game out of going back and forth over the very sturdy and very accommodating bridges that were made. We found a few leftover toys that she spent her time playing with. I love that there’s a little bit of everything - a little bit of dirt, a little bit of tall grass, and a little bit of brush to run through and explore. The area is even so I could see my dog wherever she went! Tiffany M.
