Hello! Thanks for checking out our yard! We have a fully fenced city lot in Clawson, MI that is a little less than a half acre. We have a very friendly German Shepherd if you have a sporting pup looking for a good run, but she was also raised with cats and mini schnauzers, if your pup needs a playdate. If you are looking to have the yard to yourself for off leash training etc, it's all yours and she will be inside. We do have neighbor dogs on both sides of us that bark...but they're not outside consistently. We do have privacy screen up to help limit any barking but they will run back and forth along the fence. If your dog is a fence climber, or overly dog reactive, this will not be a good location for you. I can not continually ask my neighbors to keep their dogs inside at certain times so I hope everyone can understand:) We have a dog pool, dog bowls, treats and lots of toys; just let us know what you will need out! *We would appreciate a 2 hour notice prior to coming over as we do use our yard a lot from June to Sept.*

Hi I’m Abby and welcome to the Ferndale Funspot! I have three dogs- 2 cattle dogs and a husky. My yard is the perfect spot for your pup(s) to come play! I have a large trampoline you can use with your pup(s), and a mini pool will be available during the summer. There is a decent amount of space to run, play fetch, and hangout. The spigot on the left side of the yard by the air conditioner can be used to refill the provided water bowls if they are running low. You can also use any of the toys in the yard, as well as additional toys available in the red cooler on the deck. Feel free to hangout on the deck while your pup(s) play! My husky pup would love to meet you and your pup(s) if you would like. We are excited to welcome you to our spot!

We have just under an acre safely fenced in. Easy access through the gate down the driveway. It’s lush with grass, no harmful plants or anything that could harm your dog. It’s a great place to throw balls, play keep away and maybe find a stick from one of our beautiful trees on the property. Enjoy!

Almost a half an acre completely fenced-in yard (to the ground so even 5-lb dogs can’t escape) in a quiet neighborhood near 23 and Mound. Grass is kept short and natural. Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.

Our backyard is nice and sunny with a lot of room to run and play! There is plenty of seating for lounging and to get some shade. Feel free to park in the driveway and use the fence to come right in. I have doggie waste bags and hand sanitizer on the table. Have fun!

We have 6 acres which is a mix of open area, woods and a creek. We keep the lawn cut but do not maintain our woods. You are free to cross the bridge and walk in the woods but it may be overgrown during summer and fall. Feel free to splash in the creek or check out the playhouse. We frequently see deer and other wildlife however they likely will be hiding when dogs are around. Please clean up after your pets.

This spot offers soooooo much! Doggy obstacle course perfect for racing and agility training, plenty of squirrels and rabbits! Lots of broken up space that my own pup and his girlfriends play in for hours on end. Fresh drinking water and bowls for your pup to stay hydrated! Whether your dog wants to run with the wind, relax in a chair, or play in the water this is the perfect shady spot to do it 😉 The yard is mostly shaded by big beautiful oak trees but does get a little sun in spots. While your dog plays you can relax in the hammock or chairs by the fire pit or hang out in the tree swing. Either way y'all be hanging out with ease.

Hello! I have a nice fenced in yard for your reactive pups to play in! Hose for water and doggie bags provided. Side entrance for easy entry. I had a reactive pup who crossed to doggy heaven in March, so I know how stressful it can be and how limiting play time can get if you don't have your own yard! There are occasional squirrels running around, and there are dogs in the neighborhood who bark but there is absolutely no risk of visible contact. There is also no one living directly next to me in the yard on the other side of the chain fence.

**Welcome to our Country Retreat – A Dog’s Paradise!** Looking for the perfect off-leash adventure for your furry friend? Our country property offers a serene and spacious environment for your dog to explore, play, and relax. While the area is not fenced, there’s plenty of room to roam with open fields, tree-lined paths, and a charming creek. A trail meanders through the field, leading all the way back to the next concession, providing ample space for sniffing and exploring. Pet owners can unwind at one of our shaded furniture spots or take a peaceful stroll through our garden. Depending on the season, you’re welcome to pick some veggies or flowers to take home. We’ve also provided a convenient water tap at the end of the pool house for your pup’s hydration needs. Please note that while the pool is a beautiful feature of the property, we kindly ask that no pets or people enter the swimming pool. For your peace of mind, I’m often home working on various outdoor projects. If you’d prefer a bit more privacy, just let me know in advance, and I’ll be happy to accommodate your request. Lastly, you might meet our friendly outdoor cat, Kenny Rodgers, during your visit. He’s quite the character but will happily give your dogs space if they’re not feline-friendly. Come enjoy the freedom and beauty of our country retreat – it’s a dog’s paradise!

The property is very long and narrow, with a small hill at the very back. It’s a great spot for playing fetch, or if your pooch has the zoomies. My neighbour has trees along the North side of the fence, creating a lot of shade for your furbabies. Theres a picnic table available for you to use, and also a small bistro set off to the side by the gate that you’re welcomed to sit at too. Help yourself to the dog toys that are available in the purple bin, as well as the pile of sticks for fetch. I’ve recently added a tennis ball pool (you could also toss kibble in there), and some agility equipment - an all seasons commercial fibreglass tunnel, and a big wooden spool with a wooden bench to walk along. Feel free to bring some kibble to toss in the new pool noodle pool! It’s a great enrichment activity for dog(s)- trying to search for the kibble through the pool noodle pieces. There’s also drinking water for your dog(s), and a small garbage bin provided for any waste. We have Silkie chickens that stay in their fenced in area on the South side of the property. If you feel the chickens would be too distracting for your dog(s), please let me know and I can try and get them into the coop during your stay. Free wifi available ~ the password will be given when you book your visit. My goal is to have my setup better and better each time you come, so I welcome your feedback and suggestions! Mini fridge on the back covered porch with drinks and there is snacks as well. Poop disposal bags are also here. Just bring your fur baby for some off leash fun.

We have a swing set and chairs with a table if you’d like to bring your human pets too! We can provide water and a bathroom if you need! We can also have the sprinkler going if you’d like! We have a garage if you need shade or if it’s raining. We can also pick up the poop if you forget your bags. We’re super flexible and excited to have you! Our kids love dogs, and our pups are friendly with other dogs, but no worries they’ll all be kept inside unless your pups are friendly too and you don’t mind our human pets coming out to meet your pup!
