Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. It’s an ideal fenced in secluded property to spend time safely and serenely with your pet. Will honor same hourly price for 2 dogs.

I have fenced in area with sitting bench. My yard gets mosquitoe joe sprays for ticks. Gravel area next to fenced in spot that is grass free. Back and side of the house hase huge open yard with picnic table. Great for distance run and throwing ball.

Lots of grass, perimeter of the yard can be dug in as well as around the swing set. Fully fenced. There is a pool, but it's use is not permitted since there is no entry/exit access for your dog.

Roughly 2 acres of free-roaming land for your dog! Lots of space to run around and play, getting all wiggles out! We have a great view as well from the front yard, as well as chairs and a table on the backyard patio. Our land is surrounded by bushes, trees, and the woods, with the front yard bordered by a small stream/ditch.

Hello! My home’s backyard is a nice long lot perfect for a game of fetch. There is also woods and a trail accessible just beyond my yard.

Several acres of woods and yard for your dogs to roam. Rocks to climb, sticks to collect, dog toys buried all over the property. Even a dog friendly slide. Outside access only.

My spot has a swimming pool and pond we kindly ask that your pups do not take a dip in the pool. We love all kinds of animals and have two cats and a dog of our own. There is a garbage under the deck, I’ll put out fresh water for your pup as well. We have a fully fenced in secure yard that’s perfect for fetch, training sessions and general doggy exercise!

Please park on the right side of gravel driveway, located on Grove Court. Walk across front yard or follow path at the top of the driveway. The fenced in area is in the front yard just passed the brown house. There are table and chairs for our guests to be comfortable.

Beautiful open field both in front and back. Located on a road with farms and horses right next door. There is also and small fenced in area that can be used for those dogs who would like something more intimate. There are chickens on the property but they do not bother. The property is 10 acres and if requested owner and pet can take a hike down the property.

This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.
