There are plenty of chairs to sit and sunbathe or enjoy the shade and the sway of the trees. I have neighbors, everyone is kind. I share a fence on both sides of the yard and the bamboo fence side neighbor has a dog. The back of the yard backs up to the woods. Entering the yard Let yourself into the backyard on either side of the house(left is easier) and close and latch the gate. Things to consider If you have a very small dog or puppy, there is a small space under the back fence they could potentially slip under. For Humans I have a cooler out back with water bottles, sunscreen and bug spray for your use. For Furry Friends There are two water bowls you can refill with the hose attached to the house. There's a blue bin with toys you can use. Doggie bags are also provided. Trash Please clean up after your dog, seal the bag and put it in the bin in the blue trash can along with other trash. Enjoy time in our yard. It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog will be the only one so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

There is no better exercise experience for your dog(s) than having fun running, swimming and enjoying the outdoors! Our fully fenced in yard is located in Eagleville, Pa. Parking is available in our driveway-up to 3 cars. This is a private yard with no other dogs on the property. Pool is included in the hourly fee up until 9/15. We do ask that you brush your dog before coming to swim. We have plenty of toys for your dog, including balls, rafts for the pool and more! Treats and access to water to make sure your dog(s)stays well feed and hydrated! Come play and watch your dog wag more and bark less! 😉🐾❤️

We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Large & well kept private off leash dog park. Conveniently located to 141, Faulkland Rd & Kirkwood Hwy. We are happy to provide toys for play or balls for fetching. We welcome you to pull up a chair or relax in the hammock while your dogs get exercise. We have three bird feeders so there’s lots of birds to watch, you are also welcome to feed our rooster or chickens. We also run a dog daycare so if you like we usually have other dogs for your dog to play and socialize with. Our grass is treated for fleas and ticks naturally but we do ask for our visiting dogs to be on a flea and tick preventative to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You are welcome to use the fire pit on chilly days. We also have a galvanized tub for washing your pets paws or even bathing if you like.

We have 6ft privacy vinyl fence and 4ft vinyl post and rail along with military grade 2x2 wire to keep the smallest pups safe including our own 3lb fur babies. We have two gates, lots of grass and open space to run or throw a ball. Chemical free. We have two hammocks, a cafe table with two chairs, children’s picnic table and patio furniture you are welcome to along with a horseshoe pit. There are two water faucets one on each side of the house you are welcome to use just please turn the water off when done. There is also a large bowl near the faucet if you need to borrow. There is a plastic bag hanging on the metal tree for poop bag waste and a pooper scooper next to it. Have fun and enjoy your time with your pup. Please give us a notice before coming.

I own 11+ acres in West Chester (bordering Downingtown), although I’m currently offering access to the 4.5 acres that is not fully forested. The side of the property you’ll be enjoying has the mill which was built in the 1760s and converted into a home in the 1970s. This strip of land is bordered by a creek on the one side, and a millrace on the other. The millrace is where the water used to run when the mill was operating many moons ago. Both the creek and millrace have water, although the creek has proven to be much more alluring to visiting dogs. The deepest area in the creek is approximately 8ft. There is a bench there for you to sit and enjoy the view while your dog swims in the water. There is another, more private area, where your dog can get easy access to the creek water. I can provide you with a chair to enjoy this area, and will likely already have it there upon your arrival. There are steep embankments for both the creek and the millrace so it would be an effort for your dog to cross them to “escape.” At the end of my 4.5 acre property, the land comes to a peninsula where the millrace and creek meet to become one body of water. This peninsula serves as a natural barrier although my friend’s young German Shepherd did jump out into this water and after a deer on one frightful day. Fortunately, we got him home/back but I think it’s prudent for me to disclose this harrowing event for the safety of your fur baby. There is an outdoor stone patio where you and your pup(s) can relax in the shade. Here you’ll find a filled water dish for your pup(s) to enjoy and a trashcan for your dog waste. If past dog visitors are any indication of future visits, your pup(s) will likely be thirsty from all the exploring, good smells and open land to run and play. I have one of those tennis ball throwing devices that help you throw a ball super far that you’re welcome to use too. I ask that you don’t encourage your pup(s) to chase after the wildlife here, not just for their sake, but for the safety of your pup(s) too. I think the hawks might have put a dent in the small wildlife around here. You won’t see many small animals like squirrels or bunnies, although you are likely to see deer. If your dog is a young/strong “chaser” you might want to visit with a leash. You’ll also find less snuggly wildlife here like snakes and ticks. I ask that you use your best judgement in supervising your dog(s) and be sure to check them for ticks before leaving. Of course at your first visit, I’ll give you a tour of the layout with your dog leashed to ensure your comfortability with the space. I’d ask you to kindly replace the raft in the creek should your visit cause it to pop. For future consideration: I have about 7.5 more acres of land (on the other side of Harmony Hill Rd) that is forested, rather secluded, and also bordered by the creek. Here you’ll find the remnants of the dam that used to feed the mill, and some amazing water landscapes including large rocks and crystal clear water. I’m slowly trying to establish a walking trail in this area but it’s been hard keeping up with all the overgrowth. I’d be open to bartering where you would help cut back the trail overgrowth in exchange for your dog enjoying the forested area.
