Dedicated to our late great German Shepherd Pepper, this was her favorite spot to chase a ball. There are great dog walking opportunities very close by. Parks and trails with a few minutes walking if you want to venture out from my doggie friendly hang out space. I have 3.66 acres completely fenced, with multiple different areas that have table/chairs and off the ground dog beds. It is 1/3 mile to walk around the perimeter with animal trails around most of the borders. There are two water faucets in the entry way with a hose and two children’s swimming pools, dog toys and treats, and a dog waste station. Lots of photo ops with garden art, birdbaths and yard flags. Amazing views of the mountains, Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti around the property, especially on the hill. The pond in the property north of mine has an Osprey nest and you can see them flying over to the lake to fish. Lots of birds and wildlife visit the property. My lower area did have a seasonal pond last winter. The property is truly a peaceful sanctuary for dogs, and their owners.

A freshly laid gravel driveway and parking area is provided along with various seating areas, and a hose for washing off the mud.
