I have grassy yard that dogs love to do the zoomies in and play fetch! The double-lot has fencing all around, including privacy hedges. There’s a dirt digging corner under the shady tree. We’ve never had a problem with fleas or ticks in the yard. There’s various seating options for you and your four-legged friends. There are poop bags and a green trash bin available. There are dog toys, a dog training cot, and two umbrellas. You’re welcome to use the hose to fill the water bowl and fill the kiddie pool. There’s free, shaded parking on the street and private entrance to the yard.

Hi, I have a big backyard not being put to use. It’s all grass. Plenty of room to run & play. Side gate entrance. Easy access. Not much shade, but very open and great for dogs! Small deck to sit on and lawn chairs available. Thanks

My yard is full of positive energy, everything is growing and glowing! The best part is the spacious yard with plenty of seats and different activities for your pup and you with plenty of water💦 Not to mention the parking is free and plenty of room for it. Neighborhood is quiet and my backyard is safe from the noise. There’s a dart 🎯 board, a treadmill bicycle 🚲, Television, snacks, drinks, yoga mats, and a garden to explore. One is the pool area with a tiki hut, 2 is a covered area with a koi pond view for relaxing or taking shelter due to rain or heat and the 3rd area is the most popular, mostly grass area for playing fetch with your furry friend and for dogs to do their necessities. Spacious parking located directly in front of the property with gate access on either side of side.

Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio.
