Hi there, puppy lovers, hee hee. I’m right next-door to Jeff Caldwell‘s fence by Riverside subdivision of Townelake. Which means I live in Riada West with a lake in the backyard. There’s a sidewalk that goes around the lake and a open gate from my backyard that leads to it.

100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **One human per dog is allowed in the pool while assisting their dog and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Extremely large, fully fenced area perfect for running and playing. Large pool dogs are welcome to play in. Behind the back fence there is also access to wooded areas with a creek to explore.

Moved here in August it’s an older home and have 2 dogs myself Lucky German Shepard and Nelson a smooth haired chihuahua. They love it outside, plenty of room to throw the ball or walk around the pond. We do have a duck named John and the dogs at first didn’t respond well but John the duck new how to remove himself. They are doing much better now that we have slowly introduced them. This property is a good place for a good run and plenty of exercise. We had visitors a couple of times and there dogs even got in the pond and waded, They all had a wonderful time together.

Great 2 acres to let your dogs run and play. We have a huge pond for them to swim in and we also have kiddie pools with fresh water and sprinklers for the to run through. Plenty of land to play fetch or lounge under the huge shade trees.

Rummy's has been around since 2009 and is a private dog park with a private do pool on an acre of land and when you come here you have the whole place to yourself.
