Hi there, puppy lovers, hee hee. I’m right next-door to Jeff Caldwell‘s fence by Riverside subdivision of Townelake. Which means I live in Riada West with a lake in the backyard. There’s a sidewalk that goes around the lake and a open gate from my backyard that leads to it.

We have a nice sheltered deck with seating, lots of kids toys, a cooler will be provided, dog kiddie pool and an area with Sunscreen/Bug spray/Poo Bags Provided

Our house sits on a 1.2 acre lot. We have a side yard that is roughly an acre which is fully fenced in. Our dog, Buttercup, loves to run around here to play with us! We’d like to welcome other dogs too, right here in the heart of Spring branch!

Update (06/2025) - Henry's Hangout is back! The storm earlier this year did quite a bit of damage and repairs took some time. While we get back into the swing of things, please feel free to reach out and let me know of anything that may not be up to par. I have spent a lot of time cleaning the yard and making sure the spot is in perfect condition, but there is a chance I may have missed something. Welcome to Henry's Hangout! Named in honor of my late pup, I wanted to give dogs a place where they can enjoy being dogs. I do my best to keep the yard as nice and clean for the ultimate experience. I have plans to continue adding amenities in the future!

SUMMER is approaching and will have a couple of baby pools to help cool your babies after an hour of playtime. Great yard for running and playing fetch. Also plenty of squirrels and birds in the area. Yard is close to downtown and easy access to freeways.

Carmopals front yard is a safe clean semi shaded private spot to play with your dog. I have several jumps and weave poles. There are three lights that you may manually turn on. There is mosquito repellent and poop bags in the brown box. There are dogs in the house so you may hear barking but no dogs along the fence line. Please enjoy and treat respectfully. I also have a pond at the bottom of the property. Every time I let my dogs out into the pasture, they act like its the first time and run around sniffing. Can't wait to share with all of you.

If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 13 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. This residential facility has a fantastic private backyard that’s safe for you and your fur baby to play! Our fully fenced in backyard will allow you to play freely with plenty of space, but without worry of your dog straying too far. The tree produces sticks that can help your dog feel one either way nature - feel free to use the sticks to play fetch! This backyard gets very wet and muddy when it rains, so be sure to be mindful when booking.

In our space you are able to play with your dogs in the bright sun. After you get your dog on you can hop in the pool to cool off and enjoy relaxing. You book this area I can assure you nothing less than an amazing time!!

Private side entrance with pavement stones for easy access to come and go from front to back. Small back patio is covered and has seating area for human companion. Waste bags are provided for your fur friends personal business.
