The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Ok, WOW! Such a great spot!! An abundance of room to run, lots of shade, comfortable and inviting seating area with doggie towels and iced down bottled water. The cows were so nice to meet. :) All I could hear were cows, birds and wind through the trees....ahhh such a retreat from the concrete jungle with the smell of sweet flowers. Truly a gem of a spot!

This is such an amazing place to have available for pups to run free... I learned that when i let my dog go free he kept coming back to check in with me. I think doing this with your dog draws them closer to you. And after they calm down you can actually work on training... The host Debbie is the nicest person!! The place is pristine and even the available dog toys had been washed for our arrival!!! I cant say enough good things about this beautiful spacious and quiet property... I highly recommend this place for a doggie outing and will be coming back soon....

LOVED this spot! Soo much room to run, which my Brittany took full advantage of. The host was very sweet to put out cold water, fresh towels, toys, etc. We could stay away from the cows if we wanted to, or we could get close enough to say hi because there are multiple pasture options/fenced areas to keep within. Ranch is beautiful! Plenty of shade and fields for the dogs to roam. There were toys, towels and water for the dogs. Great new swimming pool as well Two beautiful goldens on the ranch that are very friendly and will play with your dogs , only if you request them.
