Note: the photos sometimes make it hard to see but the fence is fully enclosed with wire. Additionally, the total fence height is 48”. Calling all Furr babies! 🐶❤️. Time to run & roam freely on 2.9 fully fenced acres in Wadsworth Township. We have a fully fenced front yard & back yard with gates to separate both! There is also a non fenced portion of our land with a bit taller brush & trees far beyond our fence line that is a beautiful back drop as well. We sometimes mow paths thru this section for “trail walks” or “wagon rides”. Please note altho our yard is securely fenced - there is an open view of the neighbors home to our right in the back yard. Our neighbor is often outside doing yard work, bike riding, flying his custom made small airplanes (no engine) or target shooting his BB gun. If you have a pup that is sensitive to movement far away please keep this mind. We’ve not had any issues with our 3 dogs -- but as we live here many of the country noises & sights are familiar to them! 🍁 FYI- We are having an 8 foot privacy fence installed along part of that side within the next few weeks. 😌 There is plenty of room to run and roam so we hope you enjoy!! 4ft fence, perfect to play off leash. There is a dog pool if dogs like to splash around. Feel free to use the hose to fill up pool or dog bowl. There is a small portable fence that can be used to wrap around the water garden feature to prevent the dogs from jumping in as that can get them muddy.

Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️

This is a dog's paradise! Plenty of room to run free, dig and be happy! There's a large dirt mound in the back for those that love to hunt, dig or climb. Ample shade on 3/4 of an acre. We'll provide sticks, toys and a small kiddy pool for cooling off (initially covered so you can decide how wet they get). We look forward to making your dog's day! Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

Welcome to your pup’s new favorite spot! This fully fenced-in yard is perfect for small and large pups alike. You’re welcome to off-leash your dog in the Sniffspot, of course! We also have poop bags, water bowls and clean water, and plenty of toys we rotate out on a regular basis. We also offer Sniffpass monthly memberships, which allow you to visit our spot at a discount. Our spot is named after our rescue chihuahua, Sami! I have a fully fenced backyard here in Lakewood, that has everything you and your dog will need for a fun & relaxing visit. It's a private oasis for both dogs and humans! There's a good mix of sun and shade from the large mature trees and the patio umbrella. We are a pesticide free/ organic yard, and I spray Wondercide cedar oil for flea and tick control once a month. Squirrels & birds like to visit our yard, and your dog is welcome to chase them away if they're into that! 🐿️ For the dogs, we will have: a water bowl, ice bowl, waste bags, an elevated cooling dog bed, and a splash pad that connects to the hose available for you to use. You can also just use our hose nozzle if "spray me directly in the mouth" is more of your dog's vibe! (Just please turn the water off at the spigot when not using it). I'll leave two towels out for drying off. For the humans: There are two rattan seats available along with a 6 seater patio set with umbrella. I'll have bug spray, sunblock, hand sanitizer, snacks, and bottled water available. Please feel free to use the bluetooth speaker on the table to play music! Please no digging in the gardens or the yard, and please throw all garbage and bagged dog waste into the large black trash bin near the garage. There is a chimenea and wood pile available for you to use weather permitting. Used dog water bowls go through our dishwasher in-between guests and I try to keep my yard and the toys as clean as possible. I will be inside but available, if you need anything during your visit!

There are 2 firepits and a Fridge for beverages or a clean cooler for ice. Alcohol is permitted...but be responsible. Smaller firepit is the more practical one and in full view of the backyard. Bring own wood and Firestarters. Fires must be in control and not raging. Hose will be provided. Anyone who wants to use the firepit must inform at booking in the notes. Parking is the right side of the garage or on the grass to the right side of the garage. House is vacant and being remodeled. I live next door.

Fluffy Ridge Trails is located amongst some of the most scenic covered bridges in the country, close to the shores of Lake Erie, a short drive to exceptional dining and shopping in historic Ashtabula Harbor and in the middle of Northeast Ohio’s wine country! This private dog park boasts 2 miles of well-maintained trails, apple trees, and blackberry bushes are abundant. You and your best friend can walk the trails, and then relax under the shade of a timber-style gazebo, which includes a swing, music, electrical outlets, concrete pad and fire pit (wood included) for your enjoyment. Inside our Sniff Spot Lounge we provide complimentary drinks, snacks, bug spray, sunscreen and of course dog treats! Fluffy Ridge Trails is one-of-kind!!!

Vinyl fence, 5' tall. Over Summer 2024, we are installing PVC coated galvanized wiring to keep pups of all sizes secure and safe. Our neighborhood is calm and friendly, lots of families and people walking their dogs. Our nextdoor neighbor has a friendly Yorkie, who likes people and dogs. She may be on a lead outside on the back deck or out front. We have a hose for hot days, and sometimes we'll have our doggy pool, hammock, and/or badminton net out - all of which you're welcome to use! We have a bin with dog supplies such as waste bags, water dish & water, and a towel. You can find it by the picnic table with the umbrella. NO pesticides/chemicals used on our property! We love dogs of ALL breeds, and we love rescue dogs! 🐾
