We offer 2 SniffSpots in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, fenced or unfenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. SniffSpot 1 is an unfenced, mowed, 1/2 acre, open field, with shaded seating and scenic views. SniffSpot 2 is a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, and refreshments are available. Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! 8 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Huber Heights, Ohio Welcome to our puppy play land! We have 8 acres, including a pond, creek, trails and woods you and your dog can play in. We welcome you and your pup to come play and run free. Your pup can swim in the pond, or play in the creek, or just run the trails past the creek. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property, just for your information.

We have a farm with horses, cats, dogs of our own and many forms of wildlife. Our fields are open after fall harvest providing a lot of wide open spaces to roam. We also have a wooded spaces available. No dogs are permitted in the horse pastures for their safety and the safety of our horses.

There’s a swingset, and a trampoline If you’re having kids tagalong. We do have dogs that are friendly to play if that something you’re interested in, however, very very reactive dog friendly. The pool is fully fenced in and not accessible 🫶🏻 You’re welcome to use the fencing area or just have your pup run the entire property.

The front half of the property is well groomed and beautiful. There is no need to worry about chemicals! The back half is our wild area where we weekly mow to maintain our walking trails!! When walking the trails, you'll be able to possibly see horses, and here the occasional chicken, goat, or cow!

We live in a little rural town on 10 1/2 acres. There is ample room for your Furry family member to roam. It’s so relaxing and peaceful. Come take a walk, or play fetch with your four-legged friend. Enjoy all the beautiful space that we have to offer!!!

Just north of Marysville, left off of Rte 31. Country life close to the city. Long driveway to park on. 1/5 Acre east of driveway has been maintained and unused for 2 years. We have dogs in our home, but they cannot access this part of our property. We love our fur babies and want to share a little piece of their heaven with others.

We have over a half acre fenced. We do have chickens in the yard as well as horses in the back pasture. We have a cat that frequents the area so be aware he may visit. All of are dogs will be out of sight when you use the area. I do ask that the child swing set is only used for a maximum of 1-2 small children as it is not designed for a lot of weight. The pool in the pictures is not functional at this time. Other than that you can enjoy the lovely views of the cows to the left and the horses straight back. Its very quiet all neighbors are far away. We do have 24hr security and alarm systems including cameras all around the house. We have motion activated lights so you can see if it starts to het dark.

It’s perfect food all dogs, has plenty of room and poop scooper and lye container for disposal! Water and toys for dogs. Trampoline and swing for kids.
