This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book between 7am and 7pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have a huge tire and an A Frame ladder).

I live out in the country. In a separate fenced in area I have chickens, ducks, and geese. In a 6’ huge area I also have dogs. I put them in crates when I know someone is bringing their dogs. People could go into that huge 6’ fencing area. The problem would be they could step into my dogs poop. This huge area I’m letting people use is very wide and long. Not that pretty. The very back only has 4’ fencing. All the rest has 5’ fencing. I love it for just letting medium and small dogs run. Could be ok for large dogs as long as they are not jumpers. If my standard poodle ever wanted to get out of that area, she could. Never out of the six foot area. It is not what I have up there.

We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. Owners may use our driveway closest to that side of the land. Be mindful as we do have cameras. The firepit area is off limits but the rest of the property is yours for your entire stay. There is a trash bin available near the fire pit for your buddy's little brown droppings.
