1 acre with fenced potty area off deck. Fencing is 6’ Retriever Kennel Panels. Creek and woods in the back. Possibility of seeing deer, rabbits and groundhogs.

Medium sized fully fenced in back yard with a nice shade tree to sit under. Table and chairs provided for humans. Proper copper provided, must clean up after your dog. Come June, a kiddy pool and some outdoor toddler playground equipment will be provided for dogs to climb and play with. Dog water bowls will be provided in June as well, to keep your pooches hydrated during those warm summer days. Perfect yard for fetch and Frisbee. 50ft long tie out provided Incase your dog tends to be a fence jumper but still needs some extra room to spread his or her legs. Outdoor gate to fence for entrance and exit .

Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. The back property is L-shaped. The majority is open space so plenty of room for zoomies and catch. There is some bushes, wild areas, and trees to experience new smells, and play hide-n-seek. Our requests: 1) If you use the water 🚰, please turn it completely off. 2) Pick up your dog's 💩. Pooper scooper and small trash can is provided 🚮 3) No digging anywhere, even if it appears to be bare. 4) No smoking 🚭 Be sure to walk all the way to the back fence to see our Heritage Grandfather Oak (Tree) that's over 200 years old!
