Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️

This is a dog's paradise! Plenty of room to run free, dig and be happy! There's a large dirt mound in the back for those that love to hunt, dig or climb. Ample shade on 3/4 of an acre. We'll provide sticks, toys and a small kiddy pool for cooling off (initially covered so you can decide how wet they get). We look forward to making your dog's day! We may have a spot open. Note: There is a public sidewalk that is very close to one side of the fence. Please note that if your pup can jump up or over a 3 1/2 foot fence AND is prone to jumping up when people or other dogs walk by the fence, then this site will NOT be safe for your pup. This spot is best for small to medium dogs or dogs that are not triggered by people and other dogs. Welcome to our yard! We offer a convenient location for you to bring your medium or small sized pup for some outdoor off-leash time. We have trees and grassy areas with lots of smells for your dog to sniff. We also have benches and a small shelter with a chair and table for your comfort. Great space to let your dog off leash to safely play, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. We supply dog treats as well as toys. Water and a bowl are also available. Everything can be found in the storage box in the little green shelter. If you are reserving a time when it is dark outside, the spot is lit up from the large street light. We do not have any other lights in the spot. There is a portable light in the little green shelter that you can switch on if needed. We recommend bringing a flashlight in the rare event that the street light does not turn on. Gate Entrance: Sidewalk on the street side of the house. Depending on how close you park, you will need to walk your dog on a leash at least 200ft to reach the chain link gate entrance to the spot. Clean up: Poop bags are provided and can be disposed of in metal garbage can located in the green shelter. We do our best to check the spot between guests and we trust that each guest is cleaning up after their pup. If you happen to run across something we missed from a previous guest, please let us know.

We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

Our spot is named after our rescue chihuahua, Sami! I have a fully fenced backyard here in Lakewood, that has everything you and your dog will need for a fun & relaxing visit. It's a private oasis for both dogs and humans! There's a good mix of sun and shade from the large mature trees and the patio umbrella. We are a pesticide free/ organic yard, and I spray Wondercide cedar oil for flea and tick control once a month. Squirrels & birds like to visit our yard, and your dog is welcome to chase them away if they're into that! 🐿️ For the dogs, we will have: a water bowl, ice bowl, waste bags, an elevated cooling dog bed, and a splash pad that connects to the hose available for you to use. You can also just use our hose nozzle if "spray me directly in the mouth" is more of your dog's vibe! (Just please turn the water off at the spigot when not using it). I'll leave two towels out for drying off. For the humans: There are two rattan seats available along with a 6 seater patio set with umbrella. I'll have bug spray, sunblock, hand sanitizer, snacks, and bottled water available. Please feel free to use the bluetooth speaker on the table to play music! Please no digging in the gardens or the yard, and please throw all garbage and bagged dog waste into the large black trash bin near the garage. There is a chimenea and wood pile available for you to use weather permitting. Used dog water bowls go through our dishwasher in-between guests and I try to keep my yard and the toys as clean as possible. I will be inside but available, if you need anything during your visit!
