We have a great property for humans and dogs! We own 14 acres of land. About 9 acres of it is woods, river, and trails. Lots to explore! None of the property is fenced in but the house sits a ways off the road. There is a bench by the river and a tree swing. Bring boots for the river and trails! Help yourself to all the blackberries you can find in July!

Welcome to Tell Tail Farm! A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming in spring of 2025. We have an additional 3 acres of woods and a pond that is UNFENCED at the back of the property that is accessible through a gate that you are also welcome to explore. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. I have a kiddy pool, water bowls and a hose outside that is usable in the spring, summer and fall. Toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️

This is a dog's paradise! Plenty of room to run free, dig and be happy! There's a large dirt mound in the back for those that love to hunt, dig or climb. Ample shade on 3/4 of an acre. We'll provide sticks, toys and a small kiddy pool for cooling off (initially covered so you can decide how wet they get). We look forward to making your dog's day! Spacious yard to run and play. You can park on left side of driveway or in the street. Enter thru the gate on the side of the house on the side street. Sheds are off limits but patio is fair game. 4ft fence, perfect to play off leash. There is a dog pool if dogs like to splash around. Feel free to use the hose to fill up pool or dog bowl. The pool is stored in the brown garden box next to the hose. There is a small portable fence that can be used to wrap around the water garden feature to prevent the dogs from jumping in as that can get them muddy.

Located in Wayne County on our 70 year old, 5 generation family farm. With a partial of 12 acres, part of 50+ acres owned by immediate family, there is fresh air and plenty of room to run and play. Consisting of 2 fields and partial wooded area, free from chemicals and pesticides, the fields of clover, Timothy, and alfalfa attract deer and other wildlife in the area. There is a creek that flows during the rainy seasons however, usually dries up during the dryer months.
