Our yard is designed to minimize the risk of spreading kennel cough or respiratory diseases. Nestled in the heart of West Knoxville, our property features a dog friendly pool with a large securely fenced yard. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a pebbled steps to reach the pool and deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please bathe and/or or brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! Also, please, brush and/or bathe your dogs before swimming them. Got 6.5 acres of land, little pond at the front entrance then up by the house big field dogs can run in. People can sit on the deck if they like. We do have a couple of dogs but they are fenced in so they will not bother you.

I have a large, fairly flat, fenced in yard. It backs up to the disc golf course at Victor Ashe, so you may see or hear people playing or walking their dogs. We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence, but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulness of the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well, and there will be a bowl of fresh water for them in the yard. I also have 2 camping chairs I put in the yard if you prefer. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival, but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.

We are located in the heart of Norris city, just a few miles off of I-75! We are dog lovers! We created our backyard solely to accommodate our dogs. Once we found Sniffspot, we realized we could share our yard for other fur friends to enjoy! You may find us at home when you come to visit, but no worries, we will leave you be and let you enjoy the day with your best friend! This private 3 acre partially fenced doggy oasis offers woods, a field, tall and short grass all free from harmful chemicals and painful pavement! The barn located on the property offers a unique sniffing experience for your pup or shelter from a pop up rain. Our private back yard offers a large open area for you & your dog to hang out and burn off some energy! With a wood privacy fence on two sides, and no neighbors behind us, this yard is great for reactive doggies too. Patio furniture, swing, & hammock stand available for use, as well as WiFi. Off-street parking in driveway with side entrance to the yard. Our neighborhood is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood. Start or end your hangout with a nice walk too! We will come & go from the house but will not disturb you unless you’d like to chat. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a restroom for this location.

I board dogs in-home, so I have made my backyard dog-friendly and they all love it! Shade available at all times, mix between open yard and a tree area in the back. Fully fenced, with children’s toys to occupy any littles!

there are 2 ways to get to this 5 acre field. there is nothing but trees a pond, rolling hills, mostle fenced in. there were horses that stayed in that field but hasnt been really touched in 6 years, other than bush hogging at least every other year. you can also access this property from center point acres road. you can pull in and close the gate behind you. its beautiful back there. the pond isnt knee deep. I put catfish in it to clean it up a bit but it wasnt deep enough. my dogs walk right thru it...lol

At only 5 miles away from i75 (highway),we have 14.5 acres only 3.3 miles from i75 race track! we offer 2 areas that are fenced in with 4 feet high 2 inch x 4 inch (openings) fence. our property has a gate with a code. we are just starting up, so please ask if you don't see something! looking for a place to stay and want to have a quiet and roomy place to play with your furbaby? look no further! Our side yard is fenced in and ready for doggies and their people. We have a kiddie pool for warm/hot days, balls, ropes, water bowls, poop bags for waste disposal, water hose available and dog towels. The front yard can be used for play if more space is needed, please clean up waste. Happy play time!

We’ve got 25 acres here Donkeys and chickens live in the front half. We’ve got 8 dogs - best breed EVER: RESCUE 😎🤘🏻 Back of property is beautiful…pond. Trails.
