75 acres! I only booked for one hour (should have done at least 1.5), so we barely made a dent exploring the property. For the one hour we were there, my dogs were in heaven, going non-stop the entire 60 minutes. What I really appreciated were the clear, easily walkable paths. Also very thoughtful of the host to have a map of the property considering the size. Top Spot without question, and I’m thinking this place will book out far in advance come spring/summer because of the water. True gem. Highly recommend.

My Labrador Retriever had a terrific time on this property and there is a walking map available onsite. The path followed the perimeter of the lake so it was easy for me to follow and my dog loved dodging in and out of the brush. We will definitely be back! Julie & Jake Note on directions - it is true that Google Maps does not correctly identify the driveway for the Sniffspot - when traveling south on Blaine Ave, cross over Highway 50 and the drive is on the right marked as Sunset Farm.

We enjoyed this spot. Our dog is reactive, so we kept him on a leash and appreciated a little "hike" around the lake without concerns about running into other dogs. Will definitely come back.

A fantastic spot! Nice mile & a half walk around the pond with surrounding fields. Google maps took us to the wrong spot, so follow his directions or map to Sunset Sanctuary.

First time visiting and we had so much fun! There was so much for the dogs to sniff and check out. 90 minutes was perfect for us to get around the lake. It seems like the warmer temps and snow melt has caused parts of the trail to get soft/spongy or flood. We’ll be back again as soon as things dry out a bit- this will be a top spot for us for sure!

It’s pretty muddy right now but we came prepared with towels and boots and still had a great walk! A lot of wildlife starting to come out. Saw some pheasants and geese. As well as turkey and deer tracks. 🦃 🦌

Nice walk around the lake. I thought 90 mins might be too much time but it was perfect. It had frozen the night before so the mud wasn't an issue. I'll definitely be back after it dries up a bit.

Our Pomsky had a wonderful time! She ran and ran and ran. It worked out fine not having a fence, she’s good with staying around us. We didn’t see any deer, thank goodness or she would’ve taken off. Well groom, trails, thoughtful signage, and lots of good smells. Even something stinky to roll in. We did two laps around the lake and that put us a little after 3 PM and we were done at 3:30. 90 minutes is a lovely amount of time. Thank you for sharing your land with the dogs!

Nice sized pasture to run around and sniff in. I kept their long lines clipped to them during the visit and felt fine with the fencing. Watch out for burrs, otherwise we had a great time!

Very fun place for a dog who likes to get the zoomies! Grass is very tall and play area is very rugged like a typical livestock enclosure. Fencing is def not secure for small dogs but works fine for med-large dogs. Be aware there are two entrance/exit openings that cannot be closed.

Fun to explore. There are lots of places to explore and good smells. Not fully fenced gate didn't close but dogs with good recall would be fine. Just what we needed for the dogs to run off some energy. Some of field had tall grasses but my dogs love to bound through it. They had fun we will come back.

We had a great time! Lots of room to play and some light trails seem to have been worn in so it’s easier for me to walk around with the pups. The dogs love sniffing all through the grass!

Awesome experience! My rottie and golden retriever spent a solid hour exploring, sniffing, rolling around in the snow, and playing fetch. Plenty of land for them to roam. Toys, water, and chairs were provided, which was very much appreciated. Solid 10/10!

We had so much fun! The grass was beautiful and it was the most perfect day for the pups to run outside. The fencing was more secure than I was expecting and kept the dogs inside! They had a great time and I would definitely recommend.

My dogs loved running around the pasture! They are medium sized dogs and were worn out about 30-40 minutes in. Great spot with lots of smells to sniff! 😊

This was a great place for our two dog-reactive fosters to explore and sniff on long lines. They spent a lot of time trying to find creatures (mostly imaginary) in the tall grass which tired them out! We'll definitely be back.

This is a great Sniffspot to let your dogs burn off some energy! The host was very quick to respond to my message. She left out bottles of water for the dogs to drink, a bowl for the water, and she provided toys. My dogs really enjoyed sniffing and exploring this spot.
