This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.

Such an amazing spot! The two lookouts are great for seeing your pups run around. I have 4 dogs and they all absolutely loved it! Fence was super secure! It was super raining and very dark when I originally wanted to go and Tom let me reschedule. Such a great guy!

My boys loved this spot! You definitely need to wear shoes you don’t mind getting a little wet or muddy but it really wasn’t that bad. Just a couple places that were wet. It’s totally fenced in and has mowed down paths for people to walk around on easily. It was easy to find (I’m terrible with directions). We will definitely be back.

Great first visit for our husky/schnauzer hunting loving dog. The hour went quickly as she scoped out the whole place and then flushed out 4 pheasants! Left with a tired and happy dog. This was our first visit to this spot, but definitely won't be our last! There were quite a few areas of standing water with the melt off, but because there is so much ground cover, it wasn't really muddy, and there were plenty of dry areas to explore instead. We didn't see any wildlife on this visit, but there was lots of evidence of them. Lots of space to run, nice paths to walk through (will probably matter more once the grass starts growing), and the fencing was very secure. The only thing I would suggest is a trash bin for poop bags. I only brought my big, smooth coated dog this time, but saw no reason why my long hair dog or tiny dog couldn't come too. I can't wait to bring the rest of my pack here to explore!

Amazing spot! My dog had the time of her life being able to explore freely and chase a couple pheasants that she found in the pen. We went while the ground was still pretty frozen, so the mud was a nonissue. I’m glad we brought water because my dog was running for the entire hour. My dogs absolutely loved this place. So much for them to smell and explore. My male dog is not trustworthy off leash, so having a place that’s big enough that he thinks he is, but still penned in was amazing. The fence was secure and high enough he didn’t try going over. They got to flush two pheasants! Definitely coming back again. We did notice some onions and carrots left out by the barn, so just a heads up there may be some food left out for wildlife. But I was able to get my dogs moving past without anyone chowing down.

Location was a bit further down than what the given address was but it was easy enough to find! My dogs had an absolute blast and luckily I brought a towel along to dry them off from their run in with the wet patches. For my peace of mind I walked the fence line and the fence was secure everywhere! I absolutely recommend this spot if you are looking for space to let your dogs run in unbothered!
