The swimming pool is professionally cleaned and balanced weekly. It all makes for the perfect sniffing and swimming vacation day for your pup! 🐕 ☀️🌊

Private backyard in a quiet neighborhood near 44th and Kalamazoo. Yard is fully fenced with privacy fence along the sides and chain link in the back. There is a small creek in the back, just outside the fenced area with a lot of brush and trees. Yard is regularly treated for mosquitoes and ticks using pet-safe products.

11/9/24 Trail Conditions Report: The Fall weather is gorgeous!! Leaves have fallen, bugs are gone, and temps are perfect! Our guests describe our Sniffspot as a "Destination Spot." That is why our guests travel here from Grand Rapids, Holland, Lansing, and Kalamazoo. We have Ten scenic wooded acres (square). Fully fenced in. Walk along the pond and through the trees on groomed trails. There are also yard areas and a picnic table. Beautiful and private acreage with views of a 60-acre non-motorized lake. Canicross and Canicross Training welcome! One lap of our outer loop (through the woods) = 1/2 mile. We are set up nicely to practice 5K.

1.7 acres with 300 feet of creek frontage. Half a mile off M21 in Ionia it has short grass, woods, easy access to the creek with a gazebo and fire pit.

Update 9/1- Sorry for the inconvenience but due to cool temperatures and our unheated pool we are going to close the pool a little earlier this season. See you next year! Come bring your water-loving pup to swim or run around and play in our fenced in yard! The yard area is smaller and not really suitable for long-distance toy throwing, but the yard and deck are well-shaded for having the zoomies, cooling down, and for your dog to use the facilities with bags and/or a scoop and trash available. Pet parents may use restroom inside upon request, please refrain from using the yard ;)
