Time for rain boots! Stream goes through the middle of the spot and it gets muddy so wear your rain boots! Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

Area is completely fenced. Small dogs *might* be able to squeeze through in a couple f spots. My Chihuahua was too engrossed in all the smelly goodness to try. Lots of open space to run. There is a shaded sitting area, water, poop bags, and a garbage can. The area was very clean and dog friendly. And Jeannette (and separately fenced canine companion Poppy) was very kind! Highly, highly recommend!

I love this Sniffspot. And I so appreciate the host. She is so very kind and welcoming. I haven’t been since the horses have been added to the property (and I have four crazy dogs so I was nervous), but she was very reassuring that the horses were secure. The dogs did great. We absolutely LOVE this property, and I swear every time we go it gets better! It is spring now and if you were wondering if spring ever was going to come visit! It is all green!!! Charlie is sooo tired after his run time with Poppy (the owners amazing golden) and Captain the neighbor dog we met up with there for some social time for the doggos. Beautiful property! Such a great layout. It’s a big, flat, and open area so it’s very easy to keep an eye on your dog while staying seated under the canopy. Jeannette and Poppy are so nice :) I was a little worried that my dog Turkey would bother the horses. But even when Turkey ran up to bark a few times (sorry!) they didn’t seem bothered and just walked away. That made it easy to redirect him. I also like that you can park your car in the same area so there’s easy access to it if you need to grab something. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Another great visit! Turkey’s favorite place to run and zoom around. The property is very well kept and absolutely stunning in the evening. Turkey also enjoys greeting and interacting with Poppy at the fence 😊 The horses do share a fence line with the dog section (so they are always in sight) but they are incredibly calm. Each time we visit Turkey pays less and less attention to them (which is good- we are working on being calm and neutral lol). Thank you again Jeannette!
