Birkys Fully Fenced Private Play Yard For Dogs

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage. you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

JJs Private Dog Park and Agility Field exit 37 off I-84

Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area. Portsmouth Dog Park

Unfenced

Only dogs that are currently vaccinated for rabies and licensed in the town in which they reside are allowed to enter the park. 2. No dog under 6 months old may enter the park, and all dogs must have received at least their first rabies shot 30 days before entering the park. 3. All dogs must be spayed/neutered and free from disease and internal parasites. 4. All dogs must be removed from the park by their handler at the first sign of aggression. 5. All dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting the park. 6. No more than 3 dogs may be brought into the park by any one handler at any time. 7. Dogs must be under the handler’s control at all times. 8. The use of pinch, choke or electronic collars within the park is prohibited. 9. No dog that has been legally declared vicious is allowed in the park. 10. No food is allowed in the park. 11. The park is open from dawn to dusk and closed during maintenance. 12. The park is for recreational use only. 13. All dog bites must be promptly reported to the Portsmouth Police/Animal Control. 14. Handlers are required to clean up after their dogs and properly dispose of all waste, and to repair any damage caused by their dogs. 15. The use of alcohol and/or tobacco is prohibited. 16. No children under the age of 16 may enter the park unless under adult supervision. 17. No attendant on duty. All users of the park do so at their own risk. All owners, handlers and users of the park agree to release and hold the Town of Portsmouth and its various departments, employees, volunteers and agents harmless from any and all liability, claims, and/or damages for personal injury, property damage, or injury to their pet(s). 18. The Portsmouth Police Department and Animal Control reserve the right to ban any owner, handler or dog from the park for violation of these rules. 19. Violation of any of these rules is punishable by a fine of $100 for a first violation, $200 for a second violation, and $300 for a third or any subsequent violation.
