PRICING CHANGE: As of AUGUST 3 pricing will increase to accommodate maintenance of pool water and the yard. Since there are more and more reservations being made, the pool water will need more product to stay in good condition for all bookings as well as the yard. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. My yard is easily accessible. I have a small dog as well and she goes crazy in the yard. It’s space is very decent. And we have a pool if your dog loves the water. The yard can fit many dogs at once or if you wish to have the yard for yourself thats okay too. All are welcome. The yard is fully fenced with a locking gate. There is a lawn area, mulch area with a garden, and a gravel area. There are 2 seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), and a hammock. There is a small waterfall with fresh untreated water that dogs like to wade through and drink from (the catch pond is a bit too small for swimming, though). There is a hose and sprinkler available. It's ideal for small or medium dogs (although friends with large golden doodles and our late German Shepherd had plenty of room to chase a ball and do their zoomies)!

Fence is 4ft high with wooden footboard. Fence is welded metal…..Your dog(s) will be safe and contained. Park located ~1 mile down a dead end dirt road with minimal car traffic and moderate pedestrian traffic. West side of park parallels road with a steep bank and ~15ft separating it. To the South is hayfield and our house is to the North. Our house is ~30ft from North side of park, but fully visible. To the East, enjoy views of Georgia Mountain and Mount Mansfield (in Winter months). Pooper scooper, poop bags, hand sanitizer and receptacle available but please pack in pack out all other trash. Feel free to go off path, maybe you'll find something we haven't found yet! During winter seasons, we recommend you either bring snow shoes or ice cleats because access to these areas are harder to achieve, but not impossible! During spring/summer/fall, we recommend you wear long clothing to protect yourselves from any insects or plants. We are 0.5km away from the street, therefore you shouldn't worry about incoming traffic. It is very peaceful. Hope you enjoy your visit and give us your feed back!

Bonjour et bienvenue à vous et vos animaux! j'ai deux chiens et un cochon. Je viens d'emménager sur ce terrain absolument magnifique. Vous pouvez venir faire un feu, j'ai des bûches et des branches. laissez vos pitou en liberté. Le terrain est semi clôturé. Il y a un accès à l'eau, s'il aime se baigner et il poura même se trouver quelque pomme. Même pas besoin d'avoir un pitou si vous voulez avoir un petit moment de répit venez, Apportez votre lotion anti-moustique!! J'ai une personnalité très introvertie vous ne me verrez pas. j'aimerais que mon terrain profite à des personnes.
