In the back of the property we have a petting zoo and livestock viewing area where you’ll find goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, birds and more! Located in the front of the property you’ll find a cozy Oak Tree island lined with our finds from the sea where you can enjoy a comfortable seat while your dogs play! The grass is long in the pictures, however that isn't the norm. It gets mowed monthly but the summer months it does grow quickly. Dog digging isn't an issue. Will be setting up a plastic table and chairs on the patio along with a water bowl for dogs, plastic bags for poop (garbage can is between front and back yard) , and hand sanitizer. Water spicket located in the front of the house for refilling water bowl.

They will be out of the play area for guest's privacy. They might come say hello here and there but won't enter the yard(unless requested). Giant backyard with a 20' x 20' screened in covered patio that has seating as well as access to a refrigerator. There are 2 garden hoses located at each end of the yard. Double lot to run in! During the morning is the best because it's not too hot!

Feel free to let your dogs play, but remember, it’s Florida and there is ALWAYS a risk with wildlife in open country (eg. Snakes, bobcats, hawks, turtles.) 3 sides of the property are fenced (back side electric), but the front is lined with a culvert. The only way off the property is by driveway. Don't forget to bring water for yourself as there is no shade, YET! More amenities will be added next year, 2025.

Hi there I'm Courtnee and I'm a Veterinary Technician. I don't have any doggos of my own using this beautiful fenced in back yard, so I'd love to share! I do petsitting as well so there may be a pup or two here occasionally but I have separate fencing areas, if needed. I have plenty of water bowls and tennis balls to go around!

In order to maintain the condition of our property, we ask that you do not drive on the grass. Please park your car in the designated parking lot on the asphalt and walk to the spot. Additionally, please remember to pick up after your dog and dispose of any toy pieces if they are destroyed. Please be mindful of your booking time and ensure that you do not arrive before your scheduled time, and please vacate the spot by the end of your reserved time.
