Our arena is 11,000 square feet and is perfect for rainy days, hot sunny days, after dark, or any day you'd like to get out and exercise your dog.

We live off a private drive with 30 acres of woods. We have both a 5 ft fenced in front yard plus in the process of fencing in the open acerage in back yard. We also have trails on our property that you can walk/hike while observing wildlife. We are currently cleaning our large kiddie pool that had been used previously for our big dogs. We can provide Johnsons Baby shampoo and towels if you would like to give your dog a bath in it. We will have camping chairs available to sit and relax while watching your dog run around our fenced in yard. We will also provide bottles of water for you to drink if thirsty besides bucket of fresh water for your dog/dogs. There are ticks in the woods so be sure to have flea/tick preventative on your dog/dogs.

Open yard, nice grass and well kept! Need to go to bathroom, or just a spot to chill with your furry friend? We offer potty bags at your convenience trash can for disposal of waste. No fencing, dogs ect. Need to be on leash at all times. Great spot for grounding and tuning into positive vibes! Or if baby just needs to sniff around, I got you covered!

This is 6 acres of raw land. In process of finishing tiny off grid house for camping (Spring ‘24). The property slopes back down the hill toward about 3 acres of woods. Mostly long grass with mowed trail to back of property. You can see views during different seasons. No pesticides. Follow mowed path trail to back of property where it touches Jacob’s Creek. Property lines are marked. Please mind the property lines to be good neighbors. :) Please note that gravel driveway belongs to neighbors- not us. Please park on mowed pull-off. The drive is mowed back to house, down the hill, into the woods and to the creek. Will have outhouse by Feb. For now, there is a Love’s Truck Stop at exit 92 with food, restrooms, etc. (less than 5 minutes away) or in Marengo (8 minutes away).

$20 an hour. $10 for 30 minutes.

This is an unfenced property that is combination of flat open space, hills, trees, and tall grassy areas. The property border is outlined by the street in the front, a shared gravel driveway in the left and back, and a solid tree line on the right. Guests can park in the driveway or yard in front of the green outbuilding.

Awesome for any dog that loves the water. We have a private dock for dogs to jump off and go swimming. And there is plenty of land for dogs to do big zummies. Seating provided for owners on the dock
