Sorry, our SniffSpots are currently closed due to Baby Goat season. We invite you and your pups to come enjoy Blue Heron Farm's Outdoor Field Sniff Spot! Our Outdoor Field is a half acre and fully fenced. Enjoy hanging out under the shade tree while letting your dog run and exercise.

Beautiful property for dogs. Front yard with pond available to swim and wander around. Fire pit available. Backyard is fully fenced but does not have pond access.

Bring your 🐕 and enjoy some time in this little pinch of country.... I will be constantly improving the land 🌄 and the amenities provided. ✅ Out our Extras!! We live off a private drive with 30 acres of woods. We have both a 5 ft fenced in front yard plus in the process of fencing in the open acerage in back yard. We also have trails on our property that you can walk/hike while observing wildlife. We are currently cleaning our large kiddie pool that had been used previously for our big dogs. We can provide Johnsons Baby shampoo and towels if you would like to give your dog a bath in it. We will have camping chairs available to sit and relax while watching your dog run around our fenced in yard. We will also provide bottles of water for you to drink if thirsty besides bucket of fresh water for your dog/dogs. There are ticks in the woods so be sure to have flea/tick preventative on your dog/dogs.

This is 6 acres of raw land. In process of finishing tiny off grid house for camping (Spring ‘24). The property slopes back down the hill toward about 3 acres of woods. Mostly long grass with mowed trail to back of property. You can see views during different seasons. No pesticides. Follow mowed path trail to back of property where it touches Jacob’s Creek. Property lines are marked. Please mind the property lines to be good neighbors. :) Please note that gravel driveway belongs to neighbors- not us. Please park on mowed pull-off. The drive is mowed back to house, down the hill, into the woods and to the creek. Will have outhouse by Feb. For now, there is a Love’s Truck Stop at exit 92 with food, restrooms, etc. (less than 5 minutes away) or in Marengo (8 minutes away).

This is an unfenced property that is combination of flat open space, hills, trees, and tall grassy areas. The property border is outlined by the street in the front, a shared gravel driveway in the left and back, and a solid tree line on the right. Guests can park in the driveway or yard in front of the green outbuilding.
