We LOVED this property! My 2 dogs had a blast exploring! Definitely our new favorite spot. As you park, grab some poop bags on the post if needed and begin your walk. It's obvious which direction to start; you're led into an open field that looks like a fun place to play games and let the kids burn off some steam. There is a porta potty and drinkable water available! Hiking was fun with varied terrain + wide trails that wind through an expansive forest. Along the way you'll find awesome pit stops like the fire pit with a huge platform of Muskoka chairs lined up. It would be a great spot for a picnic! Thank you Bryant & Brittany for sharing your incredible spot. *One tip for future guests: I've included a picture to see which lane to choose when you turn off the highway :) You enter through Ponty Pool Facilities entrance. See you again!

If I could give this spot 10 stars I would! We booked an hour and a half, which was a good amount of time, but we will likely book 2 hours next time since I did wish we had more time (we would have loved to walk the trails again and do another loop). Clear instructions were given to find the parking lot and a map was shared, which was great as this property has so much to offer. This property has it all, huge open field, a nice long trail with offshoots, spots to stop and sit, and a port-a-potty. There were even poop bags at the parking lot! The pups had an incredible time running along the trails and into the forest, and chasing each other on the field. The town of Port Perry is also only about 20 minutes away, which has an adorable downtown and waterfront area, and yummy food places, so although it’s a bit of a drive, you could totally make a day of it. If you’ve been wondering about booking this space DO IT!!! I promise you and your pups will have a blast!

This is a great spot! My dog loved running through the trails and going up and down the hills. There are clean outhouses for humans, water for doggos, and encouraging signs that made my whole day. The hosts were patient and answered many questions and put up with my horrible parking location choice. We will be back for sure!

This is such a great place to bring your dog. When you arrive, it’s private with no distractions. No problem finding the entrance and parking. The property is beautiful with a wide open field and forest trails. Extremely clean. We booked two hours to take our time. Our dog is reactive, so finding this spot with ultimate privacy and letting him sniff everything…he was in absolute heaven. Thank you very much to our wonderful hosts and sharing your beautiful property. It makes a world of difference for dogs that require solitude, nature and privacy. We will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful property! The instructions and map that were provided were helpful for navigating, but could use some trail markers as well. Mack and Wallace had a blast. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful spot! The trails are lovely and quite a few cool spaces to check out along the route. We booked for an hour, but could easily spend more time. Will definitely be repeat customers.

Beautiful property! This was my first booking with sniffspot. I booked 3 hours to give myself and my dogs time to slowly explore/sniff around but ended up leaving early because they were exhausted! They definitely had fun though. Would book again. Parking was easy to find with the map that was sent to me. Thank you for sharing with us

Amazing sniffspot! There's a huge open field for zoomies with beautiful well-cleared forested trails, so you get a little bit of sun and shade. We explored for 1.5h which was the perfect timing for us. This was so peaceful and quiet, my dogs has a blast! The entrance seems tricky but if you follow the instructions and map it makes perfect sense: drive past the silos, and look for the tall sign just inside the entrance on your right. Look up/higher if you are driving a regular car.

Ayla had an amazing time running around and exploring the property. The trails are great and well preserved. The open field was incredible to play frisbee, fetch, and just run around. We would definitely come back.

Plenty of shady trails for the dogs to run. There are lots of spots where your dog can go out of sight so a good recall is a plus. A bug repellant is recommended as it was very buggy in the trees.

Great run for the doggies!! Beautiful forest and clearing for my boys to explore! They’re both having a little nap now. If you’re directionally challenged like I am: you want to make a right pretty soon after you get to the road beyond the silos and then you’ll see the Lone Cone sign.

My dogs had an absolute blast today. Really enjoyed the space. Tons to sniff, lots of room to run. My only suggestion would be to maybe mark trails a little bit more because with all the leaves down I went off trail quite a few times, and got stuck in the mud and lost my shoes. I will absolutely be booking this space again. A beautiful safe place for the dogs to play.
