4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.

Use the Driveway Parking area and walk to the left side of the house for entry! We hope you and your pup have a blast! Please lock gate after leaving!

Less than an acre with a gate access to a lake, The access is at your own risk, I have not seen a gator there yet, but it's Florida after all.

My yard does have a Sun rail Train behind the fence about another 15 feet away, I offer a four season porch for shade for dogs and their humans ! Very comfy, smoking is permitted plenty of water and plastic bags if you need them! $25 an hour per dog, third dog $5

We just got a five foot kid pool! We have over four acres. Three acres are in the backyard and one acre is in the front yard. We will be adding more amenities over time. We also have boat and car storage that you can book through the Neighbor app.

We have a half acre with plenty of seating and shade, toys, fresh water, and a trash for waste. Our salt water pool is large and heated to 85+ on days that are under 80 degrees. The pool is cleaned between visits and is tested regularly to maintain peak water quality. Humans are allowed to swim with their dogs but please abide by the pool rules. Humans are welcome to swim along their dog, however- there is not an on-site bathroom for use so please come prepared! Please note that the inflatable slide is not for guest or dog use. Our spot in conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Dade City. There are many pet friendly places in town. Please let the host know if you’d like to remain parked in the driveway while you go into town (we don’t mind!). It’s a great way to let dogs dry off :) Thank you!!

Welcome! This Sniffspot only includes access to our pool area. Did you know? We aren’t new to Sniffspot. We have a top rated pasture spot, with over 100 5 star reviews. It’s hot out! Cool off on our 1600 square foot pool patio and pool. The open air pool features a shallow step entry, perfect for easy access for dogs of all sizes - and goes to 6 feet deep. On deck, there are lounge chairs (want to lay out? Go for it!), adirondack chairs (perfect for reading a book!), and two patio tables (great to bring a snack!). One table is under cover, perfect if you need a break from the heat. The pool area is fenced in, but small dogs may be able to walk through the fencing. We provide fresh water in a stainless steel trough. Feel free to dump it and refresh it. A fully fenced dog relief area is attached to the pool.

No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. The pool was resurfaced over the winter season!! I hope you enjoy the fresh look as much as I do!! Please note: if you are planning to use the pool it is available within the extras. Parties greater than 3 guests should select additional guest extras. Thanks so much! Is your dog dying to jump in the pool with you? Bring some sunscreen and come hang out for an hour or two with your dog in my heated (85 degrees) pool! I have a modest fenced in yard for zoomies and plenty of squirrels. If you'd like to book on a blocked out day please reach out! I do not mind opening time slots but do require advance notice on those days. Thanks!

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.

Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.
