Wonderful space for dogs to be off leash. Enclosure is secure and I felt very happy to be able to let my reactive foster dog off leash so she could run around for a change.

so much fun for us and the dogs! it was a relief not to worry about other people/dogs and just to relax and enjoy the space. the owner came out and greeted us, it was a very welcoming experience. will be coming back again.

We really enjoyed this Sniffspot. My dogs were exhausted afterwards, so many sniffs! Easy to find, easy to park. Clean space and clean water. We saw and heard other dogs while at the spot, just an FYI

We have come to Denise’s Sniffspot many times, and the area is always clean. The fencing is excellent. The area has grass, trees, brush—the variation keeps the pups interested. There is always fresh water provided. We think this s the best Snifspot in the Bellingham area.

Good signage and clear instructions. So glad no wildlife or chickens or cows nearby, like some Sniff Spots. Great huge oversized tires to play in, and grass abounding!

This is one of my favorite sniff spots in town! It’s secure with fencing around the whole perimeter, and my dog absolutely loves it here. She runs around for the whole hour playing fetch and is one tired and happy pup once we leave.

Great place! It was my first time using sniff spot. Denise met me out front to give me a tour and was so pleasant. She has everything you need to play with your dogs, and a very clean facility with plenty of room to park. Thank you again we will be back.

Exactly as described, a nice grass and tree lined area for dogs to run and play. The property was very clean! There was fresh clean water available, poop bags, and chairs to sit in while the pup played. I will definitely book this Sniffspot again thanks for everything Denise.

This facility is an absolute jewel - It not only satisfied "every" requirement for a perfect outing resource: close proximity; safe and secure enclosure (1 Ac.); clean; required amenities; etc.; but, Denise, the Proprietor, was both warm and welcoming (as well as, immediately attentive to any facility issues that needed looking after)...Five stars all round!

Excellent sniffspot. Clean and open but with a few agility features. My two dogs had plenty of room to run and play. Chuck it and balls provided. Water available and poop bucket.

I have a recovering dog from surgery and this Sniffspot is the perfect place where I could put him on a 20 foot lead and let him sniff and explore while still managing his running and going into the fallen leaves and the beautiful trees that are on each side of the Sniffspot. Such an awesome spot! Easy to find, easy parking, huge open fully fenced space that was very secure. Ginny loved having so much room to sniff around and play and Denise was very friendly. We had a wonderful time.

My husband and our pup have been here twice and loved it. There's a long grassy area good for running and fetching, lined with conifers on both sides for lots of sniffing.

Wonderful space with lots of room to run and trees to explore. The fence is tall and secure, and plenty of fresh water is provided. This is an ideal space to work on off leash recall, and just give your pup a chance to run free.

Wow, what a gem. Stella had a terrific time. So spacious and clean. I was able to get my steps in as the area was flat and very conducive for walking while Stella explored. We will be back!

Are dog parks good for dogs?

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

Are dog parks safe?

While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
