The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. We also had to upgrade the filter in order to be able to maintain a crystal clear water with the less amount of chemicals as possible. Farmland Property has two farm fields, Woods with trails. 10 Achres of grass and Salt Creek in back of the house/yard. (Fallen Trees down in trails from last tornado. All pets, teens and children must stay with owner at all times! Stay away from widow makers: Any tree leaned against another which, will fall at some point and could kill any living thing under it! 10 foot drop off surrounding entire property= wetland/tertuaries: Do not enter due to probable quick sand, per great Lakes fish and game wardens and assigned wetland scientist that frequent property and protect the wetlands. Treat your best friend to 4 partly wooded acres with a stream for them to splash around in. They will get wet and a little/a lot muddy. There is a privacy fence running along the main road but your dogs will need supervision because they can venture out to heavily wooded land that is hard to monitor. Be sure they have flea and tick protection since this is a wooded area.

Located on a low traffic street that ends in a forest. Trees and a creek running through the yard make it especially nice.....
