We have .38 acres to share, I have everything dog related that you might need here so just bring your furkid(s) and enjoy! I will leave some items behind the house including filtered water for your pup, in winter I have a heated bowl too. If your pup likes water I would gladly set up the dog pool for your visit but otherwise it may be empty/put up. If they like balls or something else I probably have many that I will set out just let me know so I can make sure the right items are available for you!

20 acres enclosed with 4' high woven wire fence, a mix of open field and heavy woods, sometimes turkey, grouse, gophers, and bunnies, lots of "sniff therapy"! Private entrance is shaded with easy access right onto the wooded trails! The portapotty and dog rinse station are located in the parking area. We have bug sprays and poop bags at the entrance and the far end of the field for you to use if needed. Special visitation hours or larger groups may be available under prior arrangement. Shoot us a message, and we can usually make larger groups or people traveling to/from dog competitions happen! Hello! We are so excited to host your pet(s)! Our house is located close off Highway 51, north of Wausau by NTC. We have two dogs of our own that will be inside and not a bother while you are enjoying the area. (The smaller fenced area that is connected to our house/porch is not part of the Sniffspot reservation.) Our drive way is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac and has two entrances, feel free to use either one! We have a large fenced area that is connected to a red shed. Check out the goodie box with treats for pet owners and pets as well as some dog toys and doggie bags to help clean up. There is a water dish and trash can available too! Enjoy off leash time in the large fenced area. We also have about 2 acres of unfenced area with a pond and hills, feel free to enjoy this area as well. There are two outdoor kitties that are friendly and may venture around the area while you are visiting. We are looking forward to hosting you and your pet(s). Have a wonderful day!

This was a fantastic place to let our pups run! We added the golf cart and brought our bike and had 3 hours of fun. I can assure you I had some tired fur babies when we left. The owner was friendly and kind. Would highly suggest this for anyone who is interested!

Beautiful space! The snow along the main paths was nicely packed down, and walking through the woods was gorgeous. Arrival and entry was seamless. This was the first time we were able to let our new pup off-leash to see how she did! It was the perfect spot to do so.

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
