This Sniffspot is very conveniently located in southeast Nashville, 20 minutes from downtown, right near Bell Rd/Nolensville Rd between the Hickory Hollow pkwy/Tanger Outlets i24 and Bell Rd exits and the Brentwood i65 Old Hickory Blvd exit. An idyllic setting offers 7+ park-like acres of old farm land, mostly fenced, that includes waterfront access to Mill Creek with adventures for all kinds of humans and dogs to enjoy activities like playing, running, sniffing, digging and playing in the water. Come get your steps in and spend some quality off-leash time! Training, photo shoots, picnics, birthday and gotcha parties, just explore, rest, or relax in the Adirondack chairs while your dogs sniff, zoom, roam, retrieve, sniff, dig, walk, run, and sniff some more. There's creek access to swim, pastures to nap, play areas of tall grass the dogs can explore, dig or derp around. Even plan your picnic on a blanket or use the picnic table. Get some exercise on the trampoline (Note: use at your own risk!). Make this sniffspot your private oasis for as long as you want.. Kids are always welcome! Just book your play time, bring at least one dog and all humans are free! Mill Creek borders the very back of the property and is available for water play but trees and vegetation and overall acreage makes it easily avoidable if that's not your thing. If you choose to venture to the creek and have a runner, you may want to bring a long lead. The water levels are usually below the knee, but the ability to use Mill Creek safely depends on you, the creek conditions, and amount of recent rainfall. Always assess the abilities of you and your pets- as safety comes first! As Dirty Harry once said, "A man's got to know his limitations." The majority of the property has fencing so once you pass the house on your way to the back fields it's off leash play time! I recommend consider walking the perimeter first (on or off leash) to orient yourself with property features and assess potential escape opportunities. Your dog(s) will benefit from a perimeter walk allowing them to visually identify, mark their spots, and collect sniffs while at the same time reaping the benefit of your pack leaving an invisible "bread crumb" scent trail as you walk which will assist a dog with future identification of the established boundaries as well. This is a natural instinct for many breeds. Note that Mill Creek along the back of the entire property is not fenced but it is mostly obscured at dogs level by trees and vegetation. Tip: When leaving, you may want to leash up before you reach the house - especially if you have a runner since there is no fence on the side of the house you enter and leave the spot. Depending on the water table, there is also a small feeder stream gently flowing through the middle of the property between the side and back fields. It can be great fun for a dog to explore and jump in and out of (just try and stop them!) And great for smaller dogs if Mill Creek is too intimidating. Hint: bring towels! The mature tree lines always provide plenty of shade for those hot summer months. Several foot bridges are available to cross over that small stream between the side and back fields while exploring, and you might even find the occasional old fashioned rope wood swing. 7Acres Challenge: See if you can find the hidden steps! A black hose with spray wand attachment is hanging by the house at the entrance/exit if you need to rinse you or your pet. Another green hose is available hanging on the opposite corner in the back of the house by the BACK garage door for your use along with a water bowl. Feel free to pick yourself wildflowers if they are blooming (late Spring/Summer Varieties), or snack on some blackberries off the fence line if you happen to come while they are ripening (usually mid-June to mid-July).... Bug spray is always recommended spring through fall, Just in case! You can't have all this nature without all the nature. 😉 If the calendar shows the time slot you want is available then book it and it's yours! Be last minute, that's fine! Welcome to Franklin Tennessee’s private Dog Park situated in a luxurious park like setting in the beautiful country! We are away from others but close enough to get to! You will enjoy an acre of flat grass land that is kept short for you and your pets safety. We have beautiful comfortable benches and chairs set throughout our park! Do you want to be in the shade and feel the cool breeze? Or do you want a tan in the sun? The choice is yours! Your doggies will be able to roam around and you won’t have to be a helicopter dog parent by worrying about them as this park is fully enclosed. We provide some really cool ball throwing toys to include two tennis ball launchers (for littles and giants.) There are also other toys like ropes, frisbees and so much more! There is an agility course available for your use as well! For your convenience we have different types of pooper scoopers so you aren’t having to pick up their poop with a bag! Bottled water will be available for you and your doggy to drink. Whatever you see within the park is yours to use! Welcome to our private farm! We live on site and will close our main gate once guests enter, ensuring the property is secure. Please inform us if there will be more than one car so I won't close the gate too soon. The pasture is fully fenced, partly with 4 board fencing, and partly with horse safe wire fencing along main road and wooden panels against neighboring property. Our current pasture is 3 acres with mainly open fields and a few trees and bushes. When it rains, there can be a small creek down by the road. The neighbor has a small dog that comes out on occasion, but there are panels on the fencing between our properties, so dogs won't be able to see through. We have a German Shepherd dog on site, but will keep her inside during guest appointments. To access the entrance, guests will need to drive past the main house, go to the right and up the hill towards the barnyard. Buildings in barnyard are not available for guests except for use of the hose, which is marked. Located in the upper barn breezeway ( concrete floor) to the left of the parking site. Hose available. Signs are provided to help guests find the hose area, park entry, and parking. Guests: please feel free to move the chairs as needed to stay in the shade or sun for your comfort!

Hello and Welcome to our Playground!! I’m Ginny, we hope that you enjoy your time here. There are 2 water bowls & a hose pipe to refill them if needed. I have 6 foot wooden privacy fence that’s secure. Feel free to play with the balls in the yard or bring your own toys. Please pick up after your dog(s) there’s a trash can under the carport. There’s a table and 2 chairs for you to use if you wish. There are cameras on my property, please be respectful of my space. I’m home most of the time and can meet with you if you wish. I do have 2 dogs of my own that are in a kennel within the house. This is a quiet area with a few squirrels, people walking their dogs & just taking walks themselves. Feel free to ask me anything. Please do not park in the driveway

We have a 1 acre fully fenced large yard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Lots of room to play fetch and enjoy outdoor time with your furry friend. Welcome to Zoey’s Barn Yard Playground. We have a total of 7 acres with 5 available for plenty of doggy fun. There are 3 sections of fenced areas and lots of field space to play in. You will see 3 field gates on the property. Please feel free to open or close these for your convenience to section off play areas. We have cut a path that runs around the perimeter of the property for your curious pups and walking pleasure. There is a barn for protection from the rain and sunshine. Located there is a water spicket with a hose attached for use, trash can and a basket with extra waste bags, toys, bug spray, sunblock, towels and some water bottles for puppy parents. There are also a few camp chairs for your use located near the grill. Please excuse the barns appearance. You never know what project we may be in the middle of. Though we don't mind if your fur baby enters the barn, please do not use it as a play area. We are planning to refill the pond in the next few weeks for some water fun. We will be sure to add this on the amenities page once it is complete. Feel free to say hello to our fenced in chickens and ducks behind the barn. Let’s us know if you have any questions.

Grizzly's Park is a fully fenced yard. That offers enough room to play fetch, swim in a pool, and run all at the same time. It also offers water and snacks for both parents and fur babies.

We created this environment for our rescue dogs and are happy to offer it to others who may benefit from its use.

Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 218 acres for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping over night if you love it to much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do.

Our 1.5 acre yard comes with a private swimming hole for your pup! Our spot on Overall creek has water year round and offers fun for you and your pet. Come relax by the creek while your pup plays!

Beautiful, open, scenic field. Surrounded by nature, woods, and a creek. Pure happiness.

Fully fenced half acre on a hobby farm. Large paddling pool for dogs to play in and plenty of shade with drinking water for dogs. Deck with sitting area, fire pit, and baby goats in the back fenced area to love on.

Perfect spot for your favorite furry friend to put that nose to use! From the deer walking around at night, to the squirrels and birds during the day. This spot offers a wide variety of smells and plenty of trees to smell and pee on! This spot is big enough to go off leash even if the gate isn’t up yet, unless your dog is known for darting of course! Every dog that has visited thus far hasn’t had any issues running around off leash! The front yard has enough trees for shade but spaced out enough to throw a ball or frisbee! The backyard has an open space that’s righty next to a heavily wooded spot with trails! There’s a shop in the back, but it will remained closed while we have guests! There is a water hose for filling bowls, and soon we will have little “water stations” added.

Welcome to Hillcrest Farm. We have a large, fully fenced property with the front pasture being the prime play spot. Enjoy fresh water for you and your pup on the covered front porch. While your pup explores and plays, you can enjoy the view on our bed swing, sitting area, or at our bistro table - feel free to connect to our WiFi and remote work - power hookups are close by.

The property is over 2 acres but we are asking visitors to stay in front of the house because there is some farm equipment debris in the back yard area. The yard had farm fencing on one side and tree line on the other but will not contain any dogs smaller than a cow. There is a fully fenced in small run open for use.
