Come enjoy our 1.5 acre property! The property is partially fenced. The property is completely fenced across the front of the home, parallel to the road. It sits on. The property is then fenced on one side of the yard by a wooden fence and trees, but not fully enclosed at the back. The other side of the property is not fenced, but has a very dense tree wine that offers security. the final border of the property is a stream. The stream is wonderful for splashing in and running in, drinking from, and being partially submerged in. The water level does very throughout the year, I have not lived on the property long, but I have personally seen the stream go dry in extreme heat for a few days, as well as being deep enough for a small dog to get swept down it. Probably 50% of the property is lawn, 30% wood, and about 20% tall grass/wetter area/muddy areas which your dog is welcome to dig in. We have off street parking, trash cans, and a hose available for drinking or rinsing your dog.

We have open paster areas for off lead (call back collar a must) wooded trails, 3 ponds on the property, apple orchard, we will be adding agility area, and private fenced in areas for socialization play

Come and get your dog(s) some much needed mental and physical stimulation, it’s a great way to reward your dog(s) for being their wonderful selves - and honestly, it’s great for you too, because what’s more fun and de-stressing than watching your beloved dog(s) having the time of their lives running, jumping, wrestling, rolling, chasing, sniffing, splashing, swimming, playing and just overall having tons of doggy fun? I know that when my dogs are having fun, I can’t help but be happy too as I watch them do so.
