Come enjoy our 1.5 acre property! The property is partially fenced. The property is completely fenced across the front of the home, parallel to the road. It sits on. The property is then fenced on one side of the yard by a wooden fence and trees, but not fully enclosed at the back. The other side of the property is not fenced, but has a very dense tree wine that offers security. the final border of the property is a stream. The stream is wonderful for splashing in and running in, drinking from, and being partially submerged in. The water level does very throughout the year, I have not lived on the property long, but I have personally seen the stream go dry in extreme heat for a few days, as well as being deep enough for a small dog to get swept down it. Probably 50% of the property is lawn, 30% wood, and about 20% tall grass/wetter area/muddy areas which your dog is welcome to dig in. We have off street parking, trash cans, and a hose available for drinking or rinsing your dog.

Nestled in a quaint neighborhood west of downtown Syracuse, this conveniently located, fully-fenced dog yard is a favorite among local pups! Your dog(s) can get their zoomies out while you relax under the gazebo or sit at the table. The mature and plentiful trees offer plenty of shade on sunny days. Digging is allowed in specific areas. There are lawn games available, a fire pit and wood for purchase. If you have any questions or special requests, we are flexible in our ability to accommodate! Located 5 minutes from route 81 and the Walmart in Central Square, NY SPRING TRAILS! As the snow melts, you'll find some areas of the trail muddy and slippery. Typically there are some major puddles (though after heavy rains it could be more possible), but mud boots are recommended! Springtime might not be the best if you have knee or back issues- I'd hate for anyone to slip and injure themselves. I highly recommend bringing towels to wipe your dogs feet off after your walk before heading back home. They're going to have LOTS of fun and if they're like my dogs, they'll have muddy paws! 🌳🌲Welcome to 49 Licks dog park🌲🌳 We feel so blessed to call this property our home, and would love for others to experience the beautiful nature we get to enjoy each day. 49 licks includes over 3 1/2 miles of trails, fallen trees to sniff, hills to climb, and ravines to explore. Our 110 acre property is nestled in the woods, 600 fee off of the road with parking near our metal barn at the top of our driveway. We have over a 3 1/2 miles of beautiful trails through hills and trees, with a short and long trail option. The long trail loop is about a 2 miles long and takes 40-60 minutes to walk. The shorter trails approximately 7 of them are closer to 1/3-1/4 mile each We hope your dog(s) enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells throughout the woods- we have wild turkey, deer, many small wild animals to see, and and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. This is a completely unfenced property. We ask that all dogs are leashed or have a training collar for recall, as wildlife are abundant on our property. We do have 2 dogs who are contained in a kennel that does not have access to the trails. They are us usually in the house during appointments, at start and end times minimally. As long as your dog does not come into their area, there will be no other dog interactions on our property. 110 acres includes a few acres of open area and the rest Is wooded with approximately 9 trails for a total of 3 1/2 miles of well marked trails. Fully fenced-in backyard, 4’ tall. Poop bags, bug spray, water/bowl, and chairs available. Let me know if you need anything and I’ll get you situated. There’s some shade under the tree or you’re more than welcome to sit under the carport while your dogs are in the yard. I’m very new to this so please let me know if you need anything:)

It’s not much but it’s big, no fence yet but I’m working on it, 5 dogs on fight that can be kept inside of your fur any isn’t friendly or if he’s friendly there’s always plenty of friends here

A perfect spot for a cool summer night for you to let your pup round around. Feel free to use the grill and hot tub as a little Summer getaway. I’m happy to provide firewood for an extra fee to make it a summery night for your family.

I have some availability for your pup/pups to go full zoomie! Yard is fenced with 5ft heavy grade to accommodate even large dogs, but built low to the ground for small dogs. Located in quite suburb not far from the city. Kid sized pool, deck with seating and end table, and hammock available in nice weather! I have two dogs of my own. But they will not be out to play. Disclaimer: yard is camera monitored.
