We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. New timeslots open up daily. Our Sniffspot is our backyard (attached to the house), which is about 1.5 acres of mostly open lawn... great for playing fetch or running at top speed! It is securely fenced with 5' fencing. There is seating, gazebo, dog toys, and agility equipment and a dog pool in the summer. In the winter there are plowed paths. A separate, 8 acre fenced field with walking paths is also available. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs welcome. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. Bonjour et bienvenue à vous et vos animaux! j'ai deux chiens et un cochon. Je viens d'emménager sur ce terrain absolument magnifique. Vous pouvez venir faire un feu, j'ai des bûches et des branches. laissez vos pitou en liberté. Le terrain est semi clôturé. Il y a un accès à l'eau, s'il aime se baigner et il poura même se trouver quelque pomme. Même pas besoin d'avoir un pitou si vous voulez avoir un petit moment de répit venez, Apportez votre lotion anti-moustique!! Your dogs can walk or swim and cool off. Some tend to dry out in the summer months. There is beautiful changing foliage, wild flowers, small trees to enjoy and tons of birds that make this spot their home. It is unfenced, but with so many many winding paths to enjoy. You can remain more inland. Come and discover this spot for yourself.

Please indicate If you prefer long or short grass. Water is city water, softened. Bring your own toys, and tennis ball for the nerf launcher. My kids also use this lawn so please pick up all dropping or barf. If it cannot be picked up with hand or available shovel use water to wash it down. I recommend you bring some insect repellent. All dogs are required to have proof of up to date vaccination appropriate for the dogs age. Only dogs allowed in the pond , no humans please. Price is $15 per hr for 1st dog , $10 each additional dog .

Feel free to go off path, maybe you'll find something we haven't found yet! During winter seasons, we recommend you either bring snow shoes or ice cleats because access to these areas are harder to achieve, but not impossible! During spring/summer/fall, we recommend you wear long clothing to protect yourselves from any insects or plants. We are 0.5km away from the street, therefore you shouldn't worry about incoming traffic. It is very peaceful. Hope you enjoy your visit and give us your feed back!
