*** Happy 2025!! *** How did we get through January so fast!? This year marks the 3rd year I have been open and it has been such an amazing experience. I have loved seeing every one of the dogs and meeting all of you owners! I was able to add a few improvements this year which I hoped helped in the areas it was needed. I still have a long list to fulfill and as always, I am open to suggestions, what is needed, what is not needed! We added more granite to safely pull all the way in and park. The greenhouse is such a fun idea although suffered some damage during the first storm after getting it up. I do have the parts to repair it, bring on the garden season! I am trying to come up with shaded areas in the far far back pasture. That may take more planning and time. But it is on the list. I think the main project when weather allows will be getting some pipes in to add in a hot/cold bathing area. When we can trench more, my husband is going to move some electrical. That will allow me to put a nice little fridge in the barn for a coffee/hot chocolate bar! If my newly acquired hens (not on this property but next door) will cooperate, I will be putting eggs out there when I have extra available to sell. And fencing .. always fencing! Dog park or not that is just a never-ending issue on the farm. We also dug the small pond a little deeper and boy howdy is the water flowing right now! Again, I am always open to and appreciate feedback. Thank you ALL for making such a great thing even better by your participation and enjoying the space that we feel blessed to be able to offer. ** Remember, if the calendar is closed, you are welcome to send me a message. I may only need to quickly move the horses back for your visit ** * Just a reminder that it is always flea and tick season. We do not treat the pastures with any spray so be mindful about using whatever treatment your vet recommends.

First visit to this new and nearby SniffSpot. It is securely fenced! Yay! So I let Cisco off-leash to explore; we played fetch and did some practice recalls--al w/o any worries. Good supply of water, and good places to explore. Gorgeous views of our valley, too.

Alice and I had a very lovely hour with our 2 dogs at Carol's sniffspot location. The dogs romped around the spacious area while Alice also walked the well-tended field. Carol and I had a nice conversation which Alice joined later. I would highly recommend her dog park to everyone. Tom Thomsen

We had such a lovely time at Carol’s sniff spot. Her and her husband were so welcoming. The views from the property are indeed gorgeous. The fencing is secure, one of my dogs is a small corgi and she was perfectly contained. There were plenty of places to sit and Carol’s husband was kind enough to fill up a kiddy pool for my pups. Which my Gambit throughly enjoyed. There is so much space to explore! I was able to easily throw a frisbee with room to spare. And best of all for my sensitive boy, very quiet. Not a single trigger for him. We had such a splendid time and will definitely be back. My two kiddos are totally tuckered out from their hour of fun and frolic! :) Thank you Carol for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!

Very welcoming host, great fencing, open space and a lovely view! We enjoy this spot almost as much as the dogs. Lots of room for my little explorer corgi to sniff about, with open space for the frisbee/ball lovers to play! My two loved being back here and romped about for the full hour. :)
