In the Lake Washington area 2 miles from the lake west of I95. Grassy paddock on the northside area of the property in front of the home is open for dogs to run and play! Our place will not be a good option for you if your dog jumps fences and likes to chase farm animals.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

Humans must pay an extra $5 per person charge to swim in the pool and NO DIVING is allowed. The fee is accessible under “EXTRAS”. There are external security cameras on the property. You are required to follow pre and post stay rules which are sent 2 hours prior. Please note: double/long/shedding breeds will need to be brushed/raked prior to arrival. This helps keep the pool clean and everything running. Please read everything carefully to make sure this is a good match for you and your dog. This is 100% a non smoking property. Our yard is fully fenced! We maintain a few small fruit trees and a little garden, which you can enjoy any of the fruit and veggies from. We have a basic set of agility equipment, which you can set out and move as you wish. It is usually on the porch with the hammock, but may already be out in the yard. Please note that if you book within the hour the yard may not be able to be cleaned and prepared for your visit :)
