This hike is not for everyone as it climbs 200 feet in about 1/4 mile. We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

*Due to the rain and weather the spot os pretty muddy* Are you looking for a nice place to let your furry friend run around and you get some steps in too, well then you are in the right spot. We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *Updated hours: more availability at night but know the mosquitos are bad when the sun goes down so please wear bug spray or use the bug spray provided. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

A slight incline on the property that gave the boys a great workout. This was a really great spot. My dog had a lot of fun. There were some miscellaneous toys like tennis balls and other chewies. There was also a metal dog bowl for water which was nice even though I brought my own. The only complaint I have is that it was very muddy outside but that is to be expected with the weather. My dog had a wonderful time and this is the first time she got to run without a leash. Thank you so much for having us would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing place. Generous in every way. My young blue heeler was going stir crazy at home, and we brought him here. Great directions, secure fence with locked coded gate (code given when you make a booking). AMAZING FUN obstacles course for Paxton to enjoy, and boy did he enjoy it. Plenty of space for him to roam and run. They offered a nice bench that opened up it held some extra dog toys inside & training treats to help with the dog course. They also had available jugs of water that you can fill water bowls with. We will definitely be back to this Sniff Spot as I can tell Paxton had so much fun enjoying this beautiful property.

Are dog fields safe?

If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area.
